AVOID THIS PLACE, the nooks that work here will overfill pillows with air and destroy your trailer, then tell you that you arrived with a structurally compromised trailer.This company is a joke, LA, Portland, NorCal, all the same, plain trash. In NorCal we had to unload our own trailer last year while the guy sat on another forklift playing ATLAS Eart game... trash. Boycott.

Check in office is on fruitland ave park on the street !!Get here at your appointment time they will NOT CHECK YOU IN EARLY!!!!! I check in 3 HRS early and the call you about 1 hr and half after your appointment time SMH check out is pretty quick , they have a self qoisk, get your seal and get the paper work

if you coming here for a pick up make sure you come here on time .. i got here an hr late and its like a punisment that they give you .. going on 5 hrs waiting to get call supposibly because i was late to my appointment so they just trying to squish me in ??♂️

For all my fellow drivers this place is nightmare especially the guard shack he dont even see worth to walk towards u from his table to window??which is 50 feet away…. Took me 4 hours to just get the dock

Park on the road and walk up to check in. If you pull in they will tell you to go park then check in. Fill out the sheet with your information and they will call you when the dock is open for you.

Arrived 2hrs early but gave me a dock right at appt time. Hard dock angle but doable. Out with papers in hand within 2hrs of appt.

This facility is way better than the other ones and especially better than the one in Waco Texas. I was out within two hours must have two load bars.

Suggestion to all driver's to do a drop and hooks good but live load no good at all. People who work here looks lazy and power tripping in driver what blows my mind they just forklifts drivers and some look like pot heads. Pass load by don't be that desperate to come here drivers that take this load are ones who r desperate.
