Worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. All I wanted was answers to a product question and I couldn’t get a human or an effective bot. I gave up and ordered elsewhere even though I wanted these. Call, email, and text ineffective your UI is the worst ever.

I am not reviewing this location but the brand. I purchased a pair of NYDJ jeans several years ago, it's so well made that I decided to buy a second pair this year. OMG! The quality drops down tremendously. Countless threads inside and outside. When I reach the pockets, I can't believe my eyes that the threads are like enormous hairs and I almost throw out. It's so unfortunate that they used to make nice quality jeans with great fit, now it's a piece of trash priced over $100. Definitely will not buy again.

The old adage of fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice, shame on me - applied fully to NYDJ. I ordered a new pair recently fully expecting them to get the size/length correct. So I blindly unpacked them and washed them so I could WEAR them after they arrived. HOWEVER, they are almost SIX INCHES too long. I contacted NYDJ and was told no returns OR exchanges because I had washed them. To be honest, the email response that I received back was rather rude so I filled out their survey about customer service accordingly. BUT also felt compelled to write one here as well.I had a pair of jeans a few years back from NYDJ that started falling apart within a couple of months of purchase and the same response which was basically "too bad, so sad" we will not be exchanging or refunding anything.Do yourself a massive favor and find any other brand but NYDJ. There is one star here because I am required to give a star, otherwise there would be ZERO. This company is not customer friendly at all.

if I could give this company zero stars I would. Their customer service department is so horrific that I don't care how beautifully their jeans fit I will never purchase another pair. You can email them, you can call them and you get zero response. They don't respond to any emails at all. If you call they say the lines are busy and then they hang up on you. I sent them a return over a month ago and they have not refunded my money so they owe me over $100 and I doubt I will ever see it. The company itself is a scam . I am so disappointed in them.

Purchased jeans online, returned following day, they were delivered to returns & signed for. They collected my payment quickly! Emailed twice asking about refund, get automated how to return replies. Called 3 times but they’re too busy to answer. They offer call back but never do. I’m disgusted. Update: their stated return policy says up to 15 days refund I haven’t gotten. Emailed again & told purchases through ‘The View’ show discount is 25-30 days! They don’t tell you that.

I bought two pairs of pants. I called after the first pair arrived and were HUGE and LONG. I was given advise to order Marilyn straight pants, they were not as big but at least 6" too long. I don't have time to go get them hemmed.

You really never know a company until something goes wrong. I did not receive my order from NYDJ, however, with no proof (picture), FedEx said it was delivered. They didn't mark it delivered until 6 days after the delivery date. NYDJ basically said "not their problem" and that I should dispute the charge on my credit card. This was after they told me that FedEx had to have a 72 hour search window. NYDJ policy is way off base. Customer service was terrible. They basically said "oh well" when I told them that I wouldn't order from them again. That is my plan.

like the jeans but had to return one. It is the most ridiculously slow refund! They received return 4-13-23, but I have yet to receive refund 5-3-23!!

Horrible customer service. I returned 2 pair of jeans, which NYDJ received on 4/8/23. Today is 4/25 and still no refund. It is impossible to reach them by phone; I've left call back requests. Have sent emails and only receive canned responses which do not answer my question:"When will I get my refund?"

The customer service is absolutely awful. NYDJ used to be a pleasure to work with but not anymore. They do not give one iota about our concerns. Send an email with specific details and they respond back with an answer that has nothing to do with the email which indicates they are not reading the emails properly. Makes one not want to order from them anymore and fortunately can get their jeans from online dept. stores.

Ordered from their website. Fed ex delivered my package to a non existent address, complete with a photo of it on the ground captioned "delivered ". Nydj acknowledged that they were able to track where fed ex left it- not near me, random house that looked too freaky to approach. Nydj would not reimburse ??? Credit card refunded me ASAP. Meanwhile I found the pants at Nordstroms and they are hideous. Black linen pants, baggy in rear and upper thighs and tapered at ankles. Could not be less flattering. Have these from last year but totally different- previous style was attractive. Thumbs down in every way possible for NYDJ.

Worst customer service ever.I got NO service.Been trying to call for 2 weeks, no answer and no call back.Refund not issued even though my email said it was.Had to do a dispute with my credit card company.Even called corporate office and was on hold for over an hour and finally hung up.I'm done with this company if they are still in business.

I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude the people in customer have behaved today. I have enjoyed NYDJ for about 20 years but I will never spend another dime on this company after today. I ordered a pair of jeans to my PO Box, as it it the only valid address I have. NYDJ happily took my order AND my money and proceeded to ship via FEDEX. FEDEX claims to have delivered the pkg to somewhere other than my shipping address. Pkg is not recoverable at all. Now NYDJ does not want to assist in any way and I am out a lot of money. If NYDJ did not want to ship via FEDEX Surepost or USPS, I should have been notified and given the choice to cancel the order. Instead I get the brush off by "Pedro" a supposed NYDJ supervisor. NYDJ won't do anything more. FEDEX won't help. So I am supposed to call my credit card company and have them take it in the shorts as a bad debt because NYDJ refuses to demonstrate good customer service. This is extremely disappointing, borderline credit card fraud and pretty bad customer service.

God forbid, you make a mistake and send an Amazon NYDJ product to NYDJ rather than Amazon. I realize it's my fault, but they have made it impossible for me to get the item back; they want a return label which can't be generated without the weight of the product. STAY AWAY - or at least buy and return to Amazon. Their jeans aren't worth this!!
