I ordered 4 chef coats from this company and let me just say communication is terrible!! I don't normally leave reviews because I honestly don't have time for that I'm my busy schedul, but I HAD to leave one on this company. First I had to wait 3 weeks before I even received my order , then once I received my order went to put on the jackets and the buttons started falling off not 1 but 2 of the chef coats!! I reached out through email (this is how they communicate) she final responded back and said "sorry someone will reach out to you with return information." That's it..so I immediately email her bacj and stated that we want those particular jackets still so what do we need to do? Keep in mind I paid for name engraving AND logo engraving which we had to pay additional for and a $75 plate setup fee. so these 4 coats cost me $238! I've reached out to them several times with no response. Now looks like we're stuck with jackets we can't even use. So buyer beware!

I needed a specific color chef pants for a chef position at an acclaimed restaurant vegan/vegetarian restaurant. The color was not popular in the cargo chef style either so I had to source them elsewhere. New Chef not only had the color but they also tailored the pants to me. You can visit them to get your measurements or send them in and they give you a time-line.I have been wearing these pants for 6 months now and they are very well made, better than your everyday Mercer or Chef Works. The quality of materials and stitching and craftsmanship is very important to them and they have me as a customer until they wake from this! I highly recommend New Chef!

They have no customers service. There no fallow up with a customer. Can't receive help from tech support when you have issues on the site.

Chef pants are too baggy and on waistband too tight .it doesn't fit well ,all sizes are unisex. If you will buy this you need alterations cost $20.00 . bought from our school store no return no exchange. Waste of money. Not recommended.

I worked here for almost a year and was hesitant to leave a review until recently. This was quite the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I have ever had. The owner and founder was racist, sexist, and over all unprofessional. A scenario I'll never be able to forget is one where a black customer came in to purchase an apron and while he was exiting the building the owner was pulling in. As he walks in, he yells at the top of his lungs "who was that (n word) in my parking lot?!!!!" I stuttered a response because I was so shocked. This wasn't the first or last time I heard him say something like this about a customer. If you're a person of color or anyone really... I recommend you shop some where else. To this day, I am utterly repulsed by the owner & wife who was recently made in charge. These people have no respect for their employees. I heard the owner threaten to violently slap one of his employees. How he's managed to keep his business afloat is truly beyond me!

I ordered two pairs of chef pants on the 4th of July because they were on sale. Later in the day after washing clothes, I discovered a hole in my pair of pants & decided to order a third pair. I emailed & asked if I could have a third pair sent with the others & they included a third pair without any additional delivery charges. I always enjoy the comfort of their paints compared to other competitors. Thank you service team!

2018 when I make an order online, but because I only order maybe few things they just ignore it. This time I put an order March of this year, I received a confirmation of my order the next day I placed my order. Until now end of June I never got status of my order. I already call them so many times, they said they will call me back but never happened.

WORST company I have ever worked for. I was a temp to hire receptionist. They verbally abuse their employees and do not participate in e-verify. The IT Director Daniel constantly harrassed and belittled me to the point I had to quit. I was a temp employee and he reminded me everyday of it. The employees dont care about your orders and do them whenever they feel like it. A female friend went to visit the company on my first week of working there(she is a chef) and while looking at a catalog, a co worker came to me and asked if she was a man!! I thought she had heard but she didnt. I gave excellent customer service to customers while working at NewChef, if you go on Yelp you can see Mr.Reneh Simonian left a good review with my name on it. Please save yourselves. I will be leaving a review on Yelp soon.

It's a very unorganized company for some reason I can never get my chef coat on time with them. Spending quality money and still for some reason I have to pick up my own chef coat at their warehouse....

What can I say, I love New Chef. They have been our sole uniform supplier. They make us look good. The garments are well made and durable. I've had uniforms made by others and they look old, shrink oddly and worn in no time. New Chef's uniforms look good even after just a regular wash and dry. My Salesperson is tops, Stella is so easy to work with, and most of all they meet their delivery window on the dot. Their support staff listens. I pick up my uniforms from their shop and I am always greeted with a smile. Thank you for making us look good. Highly Recommend them.
