“We had Carpet Corner remove the old carpet and install new carpet in our living room, three bedrooms, the stairs to the second floor, and the upstairs hallway, a total of about 175 square yards. Mike sent three very capable and friendly installers, who were here about nine hours. They had to move an upright piano, a grandfather clock, beds, furniture, a couple of large display cabinets filled with glass and ceramic collectables, etc. etc., then put it back when they were done. Nothing got damaged, and the new carpet looks great!”

“Well, I wanted another 240mm chef’s knife and so I bought this gyuto stainless clad with SLD core steel from Yoshihiro cutlery. It’s beautiful: the hammered stainless cladding, the ebony handle, and above all how it cuts. I’ve haven’t noticed any reactive staining yet though I believe the core steel is semi-stainless.I sharpened it right out of the box - it didn’t take much, it does sharpen very easily, it felt like I was sharpening my shirogami knives.It’s my eleventh knife from these guys. I have bought a couple from other dealers but it seems the quality is never as good as Yoshihiro.Go for it!”

“We decided to upgrade our kitchen counters and after research decided to check out Giallo Stone. The showroom contained a wide variety of colors and materials. Once we decided the material and color the installation process was simple. They came to our house once and measured the counters and backsplashes. They scheduled a crew to come to our house to demo the existing aged limestone counters and install our new ones. They were fast and clean. We expected lots of dust and debris, there was none. I was especially impressed when I subsequently chipped a piece of the counter by accident, and they sent a repair person who quickly fixed it perfectly. We would highly recommend Giallo Stone.”

“We contracted Bradco Kitchen & Bath to remodel and expand our kitchen in mid-century style. Working with Michael and Amelia was an absolute pleasure! Their dual expertise as a kitchen contractor and cabinet maker made all the difference. From the get-go, they truly listened to our desires and offered practical advice that aligned with our budget and style. Throughout the process, Michael, Amelia, and their crew kept us well-informed, explaining each step and ensuring our satisfaction with the progress. Each evening, we were briefed on the plans for the following day and which team members would be on-site. “This shop is absolutely quality top shelf items at affordable prices, considering the wares are imported from Japan and might be handcrafted. The speciality is a pottery ware for cooking over fire, called Donabe like a crock pot. There are many items I haven't seen outside of Japan for cooking entertaining purposes. The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. A Donabe is a great piece to make and serve soups, stews, beans... and it looks great in the range...”

Her measurement was so precise that that cabinets came out precisely fit in all the corners and space available in my kitchen. She was also very patient with me with choices of color and when we wanted to change color even after putting the order, she was very happy and helpful in doing so for us.
