Do not order from this company if you want to return because they chared $11.99 to ship a dress to me and I needed to return because it was not as pictured and they charged me an aditional $11.99 to ship there crap back to them. This store should not be in business and customer service was very rude,

Terrable customer service. Never ANSWER s there phones. Have 2 call u back. U pay 30 $ 4 two day shipping they take 2 days 2 fill the order and in turn u wait a week? Why. U order from chewy.. Big 22 in of dog food free delivery and I get it In 2 day s 3 at the very most. REDIOUS. So fed ex delivers sat. Sun. But they Karen Kane won't pay 4 them 2 deliver your stuff 2 you after u pd 30.00 4 two days ordered on Wed won't be here until the following Tue. Or Wed. How is that 2 days. Get on the ball people.

I was unable to return 2 purchased online dresses within the 30 day policy bc of having Covid and pneumonia back to back. I reached out to Customer Service to explain my situation and it was explained that they would allow me to return the dresses but would only be able to give me a store credit. After I returned my 2 dresses via Fed Ex, I sent an email to Customer Service asking how I would receive my online credit for purchase. I received an email back stating that bc I had waited 15 days after the previous email from Customer Service, they would no longer accept the dresses. It should be noted that there was no mention as to how fast I needed to get the dresses sent back to them. I am waiting to hear back yet again. Had I been dealing with Nordstrom, this would not be an issue. But, this family owned company is showing through its customer service representative, that it is rigid and not willing to work with a customer- even in times such as this.

Poor Customer Service I used a coupon for 20% off and with that the shirt came to $78.40. Ten days later the shirt is now on sale for $68.60. Customer Service said they can't do a price adjustment because I used a coupon code. They'd only do the adjustment if I paid full price. I asked if I could return the item and repay at the lower price and was told yes but it takes 10-14 days to process the return once they recieve it.

Poorest Cs ever experienced. They sent me an $80 top which was not as described and said they would not pay for return shipping. I had to call 3 times though to get an answer as no one would call me back as promised. Don't shop here.

Enjoyed the store in Cabazon but now its closed. Decided to go to the sample sale at the factory outlet store. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection and the prices. I spoke with the manager and she said that she is going to try and bring in new clothes every month. Did not go to the sale on the first day so i missed the $4.99 Karen Kane Frames...dang it. Maybe next month.
