I made an order of hair products and two items were missing. I called them about it and they were talking like I received the items and was lying that I didn't get them and that "there's nothing they can do." Very bad customer service and I did not get everything I paid for.

Absolutely 100% the worst beauty warehouse is Jinny beauty of Los Angeles. I've been a customer since day 1 of when they opened. Even met Mr. Eddie Jhin himself and we spoke briefly. So I opened my store back up after being closed for 3 months due to COVID-19. During which time ..EVERY and I mean EVERY beauty wholesaler was understanding and patient with my then financial situation. KISS/ivy, New Star beauty, hairzone, sensationnel, had postdated checks from me before the mandatory shut down. I called each company first to ask for an extension which I was granted from all including Jinny. After I had opened i started paying all the balances to each company. Every company had a sincere welcome back for me and accepted my payment even offering more time if needed. Jinny's approach..was to tell me that I should have brought them a cashiers check. I was taken aback but Susan (accting) said that she would take my check but added a bounced check fee as if she were doing me a favor. I was going to buy some merch that day but her comment that I should have brought a cashiers check was off putting. It was never intended to not pay them. It's called the MANDATORY SHUTDOWN of businesses due to the coronavirus. I had no money!! I had a lot of other s*** on my plate due to closing my store. But oh well..I did my part. I payed my balance and all is well I thought. A week later I ordered some merch and as I fought through traffic to get items Susan pops up and tells me that I should bring a cashiers check. You accepted my check just a week before and now you want me to get a cashiers ck. So my checks are no good. You're going to treat me like someone you can't trust? Forget you Susan..you heartless witch. Back to Mr Eddie Jhin...I hold you responsible for your company's poor customer service. If you only knew how many other beauty suppliers think negatively about your company. If your company cannot and will not understand that some businesses were struggling during this pandemic crisis then you will never be successful as a business nor as a person. Susan I have no idea what made you the person you are, but keep doing what you do and you will lose more of Jinny's customers. I know many people in this industry and I will tell everyone about your nasty heartless conversation. Because you and I and everyone in that office knew that wasn't service. You felt like some big s*** I'm guessing. Please wait for my Facebook video post I have in store. It will be epic.
