Terrible lug nuts and worse customer service! I purchased a set of 24 lug nuts for my 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor. The Ford factory lug nuts were swollen and needed to be replaced. I decided on the Gorilla Lug Nut Kit Factory-Style Bulge Black Chrome F-150 2009-2014/Raptor F-150 2010-2014 Gorilla: 61108CXLBC lug nuts. I took great care installing them with a nylon socket so as not to damage the finish. It took only until the first rain for the lug nuts to begin to rust. After six months, they look absolutely awful. I contacted the vendor (CJ Pony Parts, Harrisburg, PA) where I purchased them and they will not stand behind them. They will also not respond to my latest email. I decided to contact Gorilla Automotive directing regarding my issue and they will not respond at all.These lug nuts are complete junk and Gorilla customer service appears to be non-existent. Buyer beware.

I bought my wheel locks back in 2013 which i had lost the key. I contacted them via email. Jon Collier was so helpful and helped me figure out how to send a copy of the key by creating a mold. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!

Whole I lived in Florida, I bought a set of four trailer wheel lug lock for my trip up the east coast. After installing the Lug Locks and arriving home I happened to misplace the Special Socket for the locks. Not knowing that the lock sequence was recorded by a serial number, I called the Gorilla company and was instructed to purchase a product that would create a mold of the Lug Lock so they could make a socket to remove the lug from my wheel. Well the product that was supposed to make the cast of the locking lug bolt was complete crap and dripped all over my wheel and rim making a complete mess which never made a cast of the lug. I forwarded extremely detailed pictures which should have been more than fine to get a replacement Lug Socket but the company refused to send a replacement. Later I found a YouTube video that explained that I could take an undersized socket and hammer it onto the Locking Lug and remove it which I did. The company wanted $15.00 to replace the socket along with shipping both ways and the cost of the casting product $28.00. All tolled it would have cost me over $58.00 for a $28.00 set of Lug Locks. I have lost gun locker safe keys, Master Locks and other important keys and the company's sent out a replacement complimentary. NEVER AGAIN GORILLA PRODUCTS!!!!!!

I called and spoke to Ron on the phone who was super helpful. I needed to figure out what specific lug nuts would work with my truck. He was able to give me several options. This place doesn't sell to the general public so don't walk in thinking they're going to sell to you. I wish they did but they don't. Gorilla makes some really great products. I've used them on my previous cars.

Good Lug Nuts, end of story! No need to worry about the uber rider below, who got their feelings hurt. If you own a car, you will have no problems with Gorilla products.
