Their order takers are surly and unprofessional. Terms and pricing are not communicated well and overlooked entirely unless you press them on it. They charge as much as they can unless you question them. In most cases they still charge higher prices than can be found for the same parts somewhere else. They treat customers and customer accounts with contempt and any errors regarding order filling or billing are put on the customer at the customers expense. Internal engine parts are not difficult to find so going elsewhere is highly recommended if you want competent customer service and better pricing. Perhaps their style of business is required when dealing with third-world nations or customers from such places but here in the United States third-world customer service does not have to be tolerated.
