This is floor cargo, and the loading time is about two and a half hours. This is the same warehouse as the 4651 warehouse next to it.

Beware and stay away from this company's products. Poor quality poor workmanship and done by poor workers. So much stress working at this company. They hire inexperienced individuals to do the professional jobs in some areas. That's the reason why so many complaints about their products and quality. I don't see the future of this company growing the way they treat employees and how to use the right people for the right jobs. Big mess. HR is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to come and work here to avoid headache and stress.

• Disorganized Chaos: Awful and one of the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. I had been hired to do social media and content writing, but was never given the assets I needed. They lacked content. They lacked usable images because everything hinged around using furniture in stock in lifestyle shots. But we never had enough of those. They lacked the ability to work with a photographer to provide me with new images to use on social. They were close-minded in terms of any suggestion I gave and alternative content that could be used on their social.• Digital Team Was Cut Off From Marketing Team: Digital team that did lots of what we needed like photography and photo editing were never involved or allowed to work with us. In almost all companies the digital team and marketing team are under one umbrella. This division also caused lots of friction in the workplace and there was zero collaborative efforts.• Leadership Badmouths Company: The marketing leadership constantly badmouthed the company. They repeatedly badmouthed that no one knew what the brand identity was, even though they'd been there longer than some of the brand new people that had just been hired. I've never worked with a marketing executive that had such a negative view of the company they worked for. Leadership is quick to terminate without legit cause.• Absolute No Written Content To Go Off: As a writer, I'm not a magician. They didn't have a brand guide, they didn't have a brand voice, they didn't have a brand identity. Their entire marketing department was brand new and extremely small. They expected me to solve all of their branding issues within just a few short weeks of me being there even though I was not hired to be the branding expert, but a social media manager and writer. They blamed me for not coming up with enough content to write when I had absolute NOTHING to go off of in the first place including little to no product specs and details.• Finger-Pointing, Toxic Brown-Nosing, + Long Abusive Hours: Very long hours. Very abusive work culture where people are run ragged and made to work really long hours. Salaried employees are taken advantage of. Nothing they do is good enough for anyone. Those that do want to kiss up to weak and ineffective leadership, take the abuse. The long hours are terrible. The brown-nosing feeds into the toxic work environment where there are lots of cliques. People do not collaborate. Departments are totally divided when they should be working together. People do whatever they can to take your job or do your job duties in order to eliminate you as competition. This is especially true in the marketing department.• Marketing Department Is Clueless: The marketing department is by far the worst, most poorly ran marketing team I have ever worked with. There is no structure. People that wasn't hired to write are writing stuff and then those that were supposed to do that job aren't given that task. There isn't enough assets such as content for people like the social media manager to do their job and then we get blamed for the department and company's inability to provide basic assets such as a computer, proper images for social, content written history as a guide about the company. None of that was provided. Brand new people coming in can't just magically fix the company's problems.• Marketing Leader Forces Others To Do Their Job: Marketing executive in charge of the department was not only repeatedly bad-mouthing the company, but making other people like me, the social media manager/writer to solve their brand identity issues when it wasn't my job. It was their job. It's the job of the executives who've been there longer to come up with what they believe the brand is. It shouldn't be placed on the shoulders of brand new people that have very little knowledge, context, brand guide to go off of in the first place. Therefore, the marketing department was simply making up stuff just to simply have some copy. That's not how it

I went there because I read some positive reviews online. It was a mistake. If you are smart, YOU WILL AVOID THIS PLACE. Their pricing is insane, and their SERVICE IS POOR. They took an hour to load just two items. Also, the products didn't last very long, so I wasted a lot of money. When I tried to complain, their staff was RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL. BEWARE!!

Shame on you CH! You should reply to customers whose money you've taken in full for furniture that was due to arrive months ago and then arrived in the wrong color, left for the customer to unbox and dispose of packing materials despite paying for white glove service, and zero response from you. You need to make this right CH!

10/10... but probably should tell you 2/10 so can keep this hidden gem a secret! Found a dresser of theirs at HD Buttercup which had just been sold... lucky enough, the Classic Home sale was the very next weekend and I found the same dresser brand new on sale for $500 less!! Some items aren't my style, but there are a lot of great deals even if you need something small like pillows, bedding, rugs. It's worth the drive - and they have a local delivery service on site if you can't take your haul with you.

Strange, very strange. Interesting business practices. Great product, but inner office seams to work without understanding on basic accounting principles.

Great experience, lovely staff and we purchased two amazing chairs from the warehouse sale today! So I am super excited. We have an amazing designer Michelle Blemel with Amberleaf, Inc. and we love her taste. In fact, she designed our home office and it looks amazing!
