I placed an order and 5 minutes later I noticed a discrepancy. I emailed and sent a message online within 5 minutes of ordering. I never received a reply but the next day I received an email saying my order was shipped. Apparently they don't read emails before shipping orders! Now it's on me to return the item at my own expense when it could have been addressed by the seller before it was shipped. It's not like I reached out after I received shipping & tracking notification. I wish they were more professional.

From my experience these clothes run super small and I’m talking about 2 1/2 to 3 sizes to small. I have 4 items from this company and they all are a disappointment what a scam. If you’re a true plus size woman don’t bother.

Love their clothes. Sucks they don't offer free return shipping. It also sucks that I will no longer be patronizing Asoph. Whenever I've placed an order I later end up with fraudulent charges on my credit card. I've used different cards for the multiple purchases I've made, and each card had to be canceled because of fraudulent charges. I didn't make the connection until after my most recent order was placed using my husband's credit card; I received an email from customer service requesting a copy of his identification for \\\"security purposes.\\\" I immediately thought this was strange; never have I been asked to do this with any other vendor. Sure enough, shortly after that purchase was made his card also received fraudulent charges. This is no coincidence. Bye bye, Asoph.

Don't waste your time/ money here‼Yes, beautiful clothes @ fair prices. But if you need to return, it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of them. You get 30 days to return item & it will take that long to make contact w them. I spent almost $60 so I simply called Capital One, best bank ever & they filed a dispute for me. Never hesitate to call your bank as well. They did include a return sticker w my dress but no postage or which post office : USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. After 2 calls (VM) or messages on Instagram, so answers. If I would have mailed it back ---- I'm sure it would have gotten lost ----- there goes 30 days‼‼‼‼‼‼

What customer service, everytime I call no one's there to answer it goes straight to voicemail. I'm having an issue with an outfit that I purchase and I want a refund. I want to see how I go about getting a refund but I would like to speak with someone in customer service department first. That shouldn't be that hard.

Im a fan of so many of their styles, the photos on the website are super accurate to what I've got on the mail on size and color which is rare for an ecomm site.

Over the weekend I saw a youtuber advertise ASOPH clothing with a discount code. Using this code, I went to order 2 dresses from the website. Although the order stated that the discount had been applied, the discount was not applied. However, I did not notice this discrepancy until after confirming my purchase. Once I realized this, I immediately emailed the company, and proceeded to call once they were open for business hours. Once I spoke with customer service, they informed me that the website has a promotion where everything is already marked down, therefore they cannot honor my 25% off discount code. However, they continue to promote the code, even though they are not honoring it. The customer service representative, Elizabeth Munoz, then proceeds to offer me a 10% off, saying that she can't give me the full 25% but would agree to 10%. I declined the offer, as I wanted the company to honor their advertised promotion of 25% off. The promo code was also advertised as early as today in the description box of youtube video: If you are considering shopping here, I would suggest that you prevent the hassle go elsewhere.

I order nearly all my clothing online and RARELY have this problem. On top of that, they will not accept the items back because they were discounted. Never again. I do not recommend. I suggest trying Rainbow.

I placed an order in June 2019. This company was reviewed by a YouTuber that I follow. When the order arrived, FOUR of the five items were NOT "true to size" as they claim on their website. Very disappointing. Plus, they do not accept returns for discounted items. I have never encountered this with other online retailers. It seems a convenient way to stick the customer with unsatisfactory merchandise. I purchase most of my clothing online and have never had this type of experience. I heard they are unresponsive on the phone line as well.
