I called this place four times on a Monday morning during their posted office hours because they advertise that they do repairs and also sell appliances. I wanted them to come out and see if my dryer could be fixed. If not, then I would ask about buying a new one from them. All of my calls were answered by a screeching recording saying they were closed "Thursday and Friday" but would be open on Monday. I finally gave up and drove the three miles to their company which is housed in a good-sized building. I figured they had a showroom since they sell products as well. The front door let me into a dingy, dark office space that looked like an earthquake had just occurred. When I asked about sales, they said they did "a little." When I asked about repairs, they said the wait time was 30 days! Since I couldn't wait a month to wash my underwear, I left and called another repair service who came out the next day and fixed my machine.

Honest people. Helped me out with a problem and recommended someone who could help us, even though they weren't a good fit to fix our particular problem. Not all appliance repair services are honest like this. (A lot of companies that spend more money on SEO than they do on fixing your stuff...) Support good, honest local businesses like Winkler's.

I received a return call letting me know on voicemail that they were so busy they wouldn't be able to come out to service my dishwasher until January. When I called back to tell them I can wait, the person on the phone (sorry I don't remember his name) asked me what the issue was and then walked me through the quick fix. In the world as it is now, in my experience I haven't gotten very good customer service so this was very much appreciated.

Took a while to get an appointment, but came when they said they would, explained the fix, and got the microwave back in action for a reasonable price.

Very honest service company! My GE Monogram Under counter, microwave oven was not working he explained to me the the Motherboard part was bad and it was a very expensive part. It was so expensive that buying a new appliance made better sense. I really appreciated his honesty and service!

Chris at Winkler's Appliance was the only company that could find a part for our Dacor BuiltIn Double Door Refrigerator to replace a broken water line after over 10 mos of searching for a realiable Ventura County Appliance service. Friendly and very Professional at his job. I highly recommend this Appliance Service right off the bat.

Super friendly and communicative. We called and left a voicemail, and a staff member called us back to set up an appointment. We needed a new ignitor for the oven, he arrived on time and super quick and friendly. Great service we will definitely return to them in the future!

Odd. When you call, there's a computerized voice requiring you to press 1 first to prevent fraudulent callers. Never had that when calling a business. After pressing 1 it rang again thru to another automated voicemail even during business hours. This one was an unusually loud, screeching voice that made me want to hang up. Shouldn't be this hard to call a business.

I have used this business for years as it is family owned. Reliable, friendly, and even helped me with my stove hood lights although he was called to fix a dishwasher that wasn't draining . Very reliable and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They came highly recommended & I'm Very satisfied with the work. I have an 8+ year old Kenmore Elite washer that I was about give up on because water was leaking & another technician had looked at it but was not able to figure out the problem. Chris, the Tech from Winkler's told me what the problem was, found temporary fix while the part was ordered. Today, he replaced the part & was charged a reasonable price. This price included his initial visit.
