I love this place!! It never fails to meet my needs, they have a variety of a whole bunch of stuff and not just your typical smoke stuff but as far as exotic snacks and drinks , and the customer service is always a satisfying experience, it’s that kind of store you just have to go see for yourself!!! Definitely recommend!

Do not shop here. I bought an item, and when I bought it I was told that I would be able to return it for store credit. I come back later to return the item as it did not work for me. I am told that I must choose an item to buy with the store credit at that moment, or within the return window, as the employee there cannot give me a gift card. He tells me to come back the next day when his manager is there. I return the next day and the manager says that they have no way of giving out gift cards or receipts with credit on them at all. I was given no choice but to keep the item, or to choose something at the store in that exact moment. There was nothing in the store I was interested in at that time, so I leave, extremely dissatisfied with this terrible business practice of lying on your receipts. The receipt states: "While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, in the event you would like to return you unused and undamaged product(s) for any reason, you may do so within 48 hours of the purchase for full in-store credit." Now maybe I am just a dunce, but this seems to imply that they would have a system in place to grant me store credit, but they do not. If they cared about customer satisfaction, they would've just given me my money back at that point. I'll miss having a smoke shop so close to my home, but I hope that it will be worth biking the extra mile to Smoker's Paradise, maybe they care about their customers there.

Michelle and Jasmine and the whole staff that work there are extremely kind and helpful! I’ve been going there for around a year now. I’ve been to other wild side smoke shops nothing comes even close to the great vibes you get at wild side on main st Ventura. I highly recommend checking it out the store is always stocked and they are beyond helpful there :)

With a wide variety of anything you could ask for and friendly and helpful staff, I highly recommend this shop. The woman at the counter was one of the friendless and helpful attendants I've met so far, and their pricing cannot be beat. I'm new in town, and this will be my new go to for this city.

I needed to run in to get some lighters and a new bowl for my bong. Micah was very helpful and even gave me a sample of CBD for my senior dog who is ailing. Thanks guys. Nice visit. Nice people.

I went there because they have a bitcoin machine that actually works! I know it's very rare these days and every time I enter I'm greeted with a smile and hello so even though it's not my "thing" the employees are great so that always is appreciated!

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF, EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE AND THEY WILL SELL YOU BROKEN PRODUCTS AND REFUSE TO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR REPLACE ITEM EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT IT HOURS AGO. Im 100% convinced these people write their own reviews because this place is trash, all the items are heavily overpriced to trick tourists or people sauced downtown. the experience for me was a high pressure salesman who after not having what i asked for kept pushing expensive product after product even though i already wanted to leave. eventually i did see something that caught my eye which was a novelty pipe. it was my birthday so i thought it would be neat but it was definitely not cheap at all especially for what it was. took it home and it began to leak basically immediately after one use. i called back immediately letting them know what happened and their only solution was they can give me a 30% discount on another product which may or may not work. When i explained that i literally just bought it they began to berate me for not doing my own due diligence to make sure i didn't buy something broken and that if it was broken why would i use it? seriously, how on earth would i know anything is wrong with it unless i actually put water in the thing? beyond disappointed not just with the price which was waay too much just like everything in the store, or the product which like i said was broken, but the terrible customer service which didnt help me, insulted me by selling me something broken and saying it was my fault and saying the only solution was to take a risk and spend more on a bong that could totally be broken and wont matter to them becasue they already spent your money. and by the way if you do have any issue at all apparently they dont help you in store they give you an email you need to write to, you know like all shady websites that dont have an actual person to help you when youve been scammed. and the cherry on top they refuse to take anything back becasue of COVID which no one their wore a mask at all and were smoking outside, not saying i care one way or another but if your going to use that as your excuse at least be consistent and follow other COVID protocols, not just the one that allow you to hide behind procedures to give poor customer service sell broken items with no accountability.

BUYER BEWARE!!!Do not shop here at all. If they sell you something broken they will not do right by you to replace, exchange or refund it even they sold it to you broken. They sold me an expensive leaking bong and when I brought it to their attention literally the next day they said the best I could do is give me a 30% discount to buy more of their broken s*** and other than that it was my problem and they wouldn't help at all Because their policy protects them. I've literally never purchased something brought it home, it was broken right away before I even got to use it and for the store to literally say sorry we already have your money tough luck, I'm talking about other glass shops too. I'm totally floored not just because they refused to help but just how they took absolutely no responsibility happily because they have a store policy that apparently says it's fine selling broken merchandise. All of this stuff is horrendously overpriced I only bought it because I thought it would be cool and because it was my birthday so I figured why not go ahead and spend a little bit. Well happy birthday to me thanks to wild side smoke shop, Not only did they sell me somthing I couldn't use and then be told they would not help me in anyway whatsoever about the defective merchandise they sold me but they began to gaslight me and make me feel stupid for saying well why would you buy a broken bong? And then say why would you use it if it was broken? If the bomb was leaking water why would you buy it? Like are they serious?How would I know it's broken unless I use it? It doesn't help that the person behind the counter name Michelle was pretty dishonest saying she was the manager and then it not being actually true and then not giving me a way to contact to complain I had to call another store who also said they can't help but at least they gave me the info to contact them which was just an email not an actual number so if you buy something here and have a problem with your product be prepared to not have anybody to help you unless you want to start emailing people into the blue. Beyond disappointing never felt more ripped off ever and for what was supposed to be something pretty cool end it just hurt even more how absolutely little they cared about them selling me something broken and satisfied they were. To just take my money regardless if I'm happy or even half I left with something I could use or not
