This branch is extremely inefficient, as is the whole of Wells Fargo. With an emergency situation, completely impossible to reach anyone at the branch by phone, email or any other form of communication, even the 1-800 customer service rep could not reach them through the internal line. This is the state of "non existant" customer service in banking and one of many reasons why Credit Unions are so much better. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again !

On August 14th approximately 12:00pm I was there for a company account depositing and getting change. I had the most Poor customer service by young lady teller very rude did not take the time to help And instead said to me “I will not be guessing what type of change you need” extremely rude and unprofessional… behavior was also done in front of branch manager. Amanda made things right and went the extra mile to help me with change and got me out of there in no time. Amanda was the example of stellar customer service! Thanks Amanda keep up the excellent customer service.

This is a review for Wells Fargo in general, staff at the branch are customer oriented and friendly but as a banking institution they have consistently failed customers over the last 3 years in Ventura. 1) Wells Fargo on Thompson closed, ATM removed as well; 2) ATM on Main Street removed; 3) ATM on Telegraph and Mills consistently can't disburse cash! A national bank closing down branches and ATM's that can't issue cash from customer accounts is unacceptable!! Wells Fargo executives need to rethink their strategy, or they risk an exodus of customers! Do better WF!

A bank that never runs out of ploys to separate customers from their money. However, I give them kudos for managing to stay in business. There’s nothing better than being too big to fail.

Nine desks in the open lobby. Every one of them vacant at 1:30pm on a Monday. Three tellers open with a very long line. No one available to greet us or tell us when we can meet with a banker. Not going to wait in the very long line to be told by a teller that there is no one available to help us open a new account. Covid lock down is long over (Dec 2022). There is no excuse for this low level of staffing and complete lack of customer service.

Walked into Wells Fargo bank to open a new account and was told they did not have any availability to open an account until tomorrow, recently it's been longer than that of a wait. I told her I didn't want to wait till tomorrow I wanted to open an account now she said she could not help me because she had an appointment at 10 o'clock, I walked in here at 9:25 that's not enough time to open an account I said no it takes one hour she said. Would you like to file a complaint she asked me or would you like to talk to my manager I said yes I'll talk to the manager and file a complaint she comes back and says the manager's too busy to talk to me but that she'll help me file a complaint but not open an account.. I sat here for 15 minutes thinking maybe somebody might change their mind and decide to help me or a manager decide to speak to me and it has not happened so I'm gonna go to Chase bank and open an account.. It really saddens me because I really like Wells Fargo and I like the branches close to my house and I've banked here for over 20 years.. But the customer service is terrible and the lady was kind of rude..

Not enough tellers and more crowded since Wells Fargo closed a branch one mile away. Now all their customers come to our branch.

Very bad customer service. The young girl who is a teller is rude and has her own way of doing things. Maybe ampm would be a better alternative vs a banking carreer. We have used Wells Fargo for over 20 years personal and business. What a shame.

Business bankers never available. Branches closed. Can’t call in to my branch. Emails not returned. Hours shorter than the other banks in town.

Worst lines. They need to hire more people. I called corporate but they were no help. For the amount of clients they need at least four tellers working at all times and you are lucky to get two here.

I go here because my mom banks here, but I bank elsewhere. Always very long lines and no help. Even when the line is out the door they won't have more than 2 tellers working the windows yet at least 5 people are working. Chase down the street keeps it moving and lines minimal

I used to love Wells Fargo but unfortunately I hate coming here now. The long lines are ridiculous the least they could do is hire more people and have more tellers open rather than only 2 when the lines are all the way outside.
