I've known Randy, the owner for over 40 years and supply him with my surfboards. He is knowledgeable and cares about his customers. Pretty much a one man show that still believes in offering customized service to people. If he doesn't have it, he will either get it for you or direct you to the best place to pick it up. To me, that is service above & beyond. Maybe the guy bad rapping him in another review got him on a bad day. Or maybe he had someone filling in for him. Randy is generous & active in the Ventura community supporting non profit charities and individuals in need.That says a lot about a friend and business associate I admire & respect.-Bruce Fowler
