No one can ever help, not even corporate, with auto refills and getting charged for prescriptions that I refuse or reject via text that they send me. And someone else picks up my prescriptions. They don’t know any better. So they pick all of them up and it’s getting expensive. I will prescriptions elsewhere.

Highly incompetent pharmacy staff. We confirmed with them on the phone in no uncertain terms that the prescriptions were ready, only to show up when we've been very sick and be treated terribly by unprofessional staff openly lying and rolling their eyes at a customer.

Love the pharmacy employees here! Never a problem, always nice and helpful! If my insurance copays are too high Vons will accept discount cards to lower the cost! That really helps these days with everything being more expensive!

The air conditioning is excellent. I came here with my girlfriend because our families were vacationing in a beach house nearby. We actually came to the store several times to pick up things that we needed during our vacation, for our meals, for our drinking habits, etc. The place is very well stocked and has a really fun and unique water and alcoholic beverage center, including a really whimsical and cute indoor plant section. The women there were so nice.

Always have had very positive experiences with t he pharmacy here. They go above and beyond to get what you need and are fast, helpful, and efficient. Love the pharmacists and techs there!

I always look for CJ when checking out. You're so helpful after checking my items you then bag them according to the products. Which makes it easier to put away when I get home. Thank you for your care making it easier for your customers.

I should have realized when every third person in front of me in the long line that barely moved ended up going, "Fine! I'll just go to ANOTHER pharmacy!" that something was wrong.But then I had to deal with these people. I actually had to drive to the pharmacy to explain to the unbelievably rude pharmacy assistant that April 28 IS actually 30 days since March 30. She kept telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to make her count it out on a calendar because saying, "after March 30 & 31, there are 28 days until April 28, and that equals 30," was apparently over her head.Then I spoke with the equally rude, but also dirty pharmacist, with a soiled mask & filthy smock, who explained that the pharmacy makes its own rules about dispensing medications, regardless of what the doctor or the guidelines say. He's in charge of his rude, dirty little fiefdom.I immediately switched to CVS. Like night & day. They fixed everything. Stay away from this nasty Vons pharmacy, an awful excuse for a business.

This pharmacy is class all the way. They're completely reliable, friendly, and they always know how to get what you need. I've had a lot of difficulty with doctor's offices actually following up with the proper authorizations and the pharmacy will go out of their way to help light a fire under them. With my husband's complicated medical regimen, I don't know how we would stay on top of it without this pharmacy. Routine refills are also very easy, I just leave a message with the automated system and every time I get a text saying when the medication is ready.
