Pharmacist on duty at 4:45 PM on January 7th, 2022 is not wearing a face mask while working behind the counter. She is talking to customers and handling people's medication. The do COVID vaccines here, for goodness sake! I am absolutely flabbergasted at how this person thought this was okay.

I used to live this Vons. Friendly staff!!! Produce looks much better here than at Ralph's. Lines are never too long and they have self-checkout. Always hated the parking and criminal element (shooting etc.) at the other Vons down the street on Telephone. But started noticing that they are always out of staff. If it's on sale in the ad and especially if it's a meat, soda, or water bottle item...it will be out of stock. However you travel to another Vons and it's in stock. Also, my wife noticed the Assistant Manager (short, younger bald guy with glasses) pushing a deaf man not wearing a mask out of the store last week and the cops got called.

This store has the best response to the coronavirus in town. If you want to feel like you're in a store that cares about its customer and employees, shop there during the pandemic.

Cons on telegraph and Victoria are allowing shoppers wander around the store without masks and gloves!

This is one of the busier Von's in Ventura due to the location. Meaning, there is a bit more foot traffic due to the access and wandering young adults from Buena High School or Balboa Middle School. They tend to keep their store fairly stocked although it seems a bit chaotic with backed up and slower lines. One plus is that they have a pharmacy, quest diagnostics and Starbucks all inside this store. There is also CVS, Hallmark, Subway, Mexican Food, a bakery and several other businesses and eateries in the same parking lot. The parking lot is open and always has plenty of parking spaces. There seems to be lots of needy in the area and some with mental health issues, just one thing to be prepared for. Get your shopping done and meet your kids all in the same parking lot, lol.

The employees, store manager, everyone is kind, helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this well stocked, clean and friendly store.

Vons is a good store to shop at but don't go to the deli. The people are rude and very grumpy back there. Also the chicken is very dried out and not good. That's too bad because just six months ago it was great.

Been to a million Vons in my life and honestly this one is super clean and neat. First off when I go in there in the mornings before heading to the best barbershop in town Chapter One (shameless plug) the produce section is immaculate. Spotless and so neat and sometimes I feel bad pulling a apple out of the bunch cause I messed up their hard work. Lol Also once I needed some food for one of my catering events and the meat department was so on point. The butcher guy was super helpful. I love the soups here and now they have this awesome chicken wing bar. Always fresh. I come different hours of the day and everyone's always nice. Good job Vons. Way better then the Oxnard one.

Best Vons around! The workers are all vary friendly and the store is always clean! My daughter really enjoys this location as well! The workers are always super friendly to her and giving her stickers.

Oh Vons your new Pharmacist is not only one of the rudest people on planet earth but he refused to process a refund ( my insurance company error) after I called and had it fixed two days in a row Aiden ( his name) could not find the time so now I have to go through my insurance because another employee at your Pharmacy told me I waited to long to Process the refund ; yeah no Mr I guess he is too busy for my business CVS it is
