Ruined a Blazer left to me by a relative; bleached the collar.
Also, the garment was not even cleaned fully.
My one, half-cleaned discoloured Blazer was $26+ (before tax.)
Small business is terrible- shop online...
But dry-cleaning is tricky to find online...

I brought in a few black sweatshirts and a blouse that had little white spots on them from the washer. They assured me they could get them out so when I went to pick them up and payed $75 (so expensive), I expected to have clean clothes. I got home and upon inspection, and they are 10x worse!! Completely ruined. So they charged me $75 AND didn't even clean but damaged the clothes further. Failed to mention anything at pick up. I can't believe they charged me!Disgusting business practice, won't be back.

Quick, easy, very friendly clerk helped me. Took a dress for a wedding to get cleaned, cost $17. I thought that was a lot, but it's been so long since I got something dry cleaned, I guess that's the going rate.

Horrible customer experience. After many years of being a customer, I complained for the first time today. I was very polite, but the owner (who lacks patience) told me to go elsewhere and returned my money, $17 dollars! I paid way more than $17 for the 3 shirts he ruined. He told me that the stains were "normal" and "typical." BEWARE, this cleaner will ruin your clothing and take zero responsibility. Never again.

First time using this place for dry cleaning services. I was in a bit of pinch realizing I needed a couple coats dry cleaned before a trip. I came last minute on a saturday morning with two wool coats. The man behind the counter greeted me in such a kindly and friendly manner. Told me the coats would be ready the following Thursday. When I told him I was flying on Tuesday, he reassured me that the coats would be ready on Monday, the day before my trip. No extra cost and with the biggest smile on his face. As promised, he had the coats ready and he even wished a pleasant trip. Definitely coming back here with my dry cleaning clothes needs. They do alterations, too.

They were the only ones who could do same day cleaning for me on my suits! Other cleaners in the area advertise same day but when you arrive they say they don't do same day. This cleaner was a huge help in the short deadline we had.

Reasonably priced compared to others in the area and always had clothes ready by when they said they would. Only qualm would be you don't get the price upfront on the drop-off receipt.

I requested for my dress to be done by today but they didn't call me to tell me that it's done. They are closed Sundays and now I don't have a dress for a wedding that I'm attending for tomorrow. I have been trying to call the past hour and no response. Their hours are wrong too. Got there and it was closed before the time online
