It's worth every extra dollar spent to get someone like Ruben or Jim who are knowledgeable, courteous and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Can't count the times I've emailed Ruben a photo of a valve cartridge & he responds within minutes with the brand name, model and availability. Try that at the big box stores where you get the "deer in the headlights look" when you ask a question.

I worked with El at Vic's and highly recommend. I came in late in the day, but El was so efficient and knowledgeable that she found all the items I needed and gave me super helpful advice on the options—best quality and best price. I wasn't expecting to enjoy being at the plumbing supply store, but El made it a pleasure. Thank you!

I'm a regular at Vic's Plumbing, visiting weekly. Vic's stands out with its vast selection, the largest selection in the county. The highlight for me is the staff's expertise and willingness to help. Vic's is my go-to for dependable service and excellent supplies. I highly recommend it to anyone needing quality sinks or faucets.

You know how when you go to a hardware store and the kid on the Isle doesn't know what he's talking about, you don't get that here. Everyone here is very experienced and knowledgeable about the products and the type of help you're going to need. Great owners that care about your job being successful.

I visited here looking as I am just "window shopping" as a new home owner. I was impressed with the service, honesty and selection this business offers. I think they are remodeling so I won't hold against them some of the clutter I experienced. When I'm ready to buy, I will return and update this post. 5 for now!

Elle and Jim helped me find exactly what I was looking for with lots of option in many price points. I was in and out with no fuss. Very friendly showroom setting to add some bling to your home the large big box retailers could never even come close to providing today's homeowner or builder. Highly recommend Vic's, the go to shop for your plumbing and home refresh and improvement plans.
