I walked in at 7 and they said they couldn't take me anymore. You need to update your website because it is clearly saying I can still do a walk in. Also, they offer "appointments" but they don't honor the appointment time, I called to ask . Why not just call it a "join the waitlist" or "pre check in"

I came in with my hand and wrist being very inflamed, and the doctor did some x-rays and nothing showed any broken bones, so he came back in and said nothing was wrong with me. He said I could have suddenly gotten rheumatoid arthritis ( which is ridiculous). At the time, my hand was very swollen and very red and the redness was going straight up my arm and I was in a lot of pain .I then went to my primary care physician the day after and was diagnosed with cellulitis and was put on heavy duty antibiotics. If I hadn't gone to my primary care doctor the day afterwards I would be in the hospital now with an IV for antibiotics. I do not recommend Ventura urgent care. The doc failed at his diagnosis and this could have had fatal consequences.

READ THE ONLINE REVIEWS. YOU WILL WAIT FOR HOURS. . Their website has you believe that you are setting up an appointment time. It is not an appointment. It is only a "hold time" (whatever that is.) After I filled out all of the paperwork online and set up the appointment time, I was called just before I was due to arrive to let me know that I would have a four hour wait ahead of me because 14 patients just came in. I asked her about the appointment time and she said it is not an appointment only a suggested "hold time." What a joke this place is and I don't want to see anyone else make the same mistake I did.

Got diagnosed with tonsillitis. The PA, David, wrote me a script for a black box (most severe safety warning- could cause serious injury or death) antibiotic after I told him I don't take medication and I'm concerned about side effects. I took one getting better was my goal. After one pill, I had joint and stomach issues. I was supposed to take 40 of these!!! 4x10!!!! Called back requesting another prescription. Was told that I would have to come in and see another physician or I would have to wait until Tuesday when David returned. My insurance doesn't cover this particular urgent care so it was $200 out of pocket. I wasn't about to go back in for a second visit. Basically, it's obvious that it was more important for them to cover their own bases than my well being. Huge disappointment.

Was recently here in need of care. Spent nearly 3 hours here being cared for. Love love love the staff. Especially the Medical Assistant, Julie. Julie was incredible. She was kind and caring, sweet and patient. She made me feel safe and supported.

The staff were nice and professional, but the wait time is ridiculous. I watched as another client was told that they could go home and that they would be called once their appointment was ready and they could go right in after I've been waiting over an hour, and then when it was my turn, they wanted me to wait more inside the internal waiting room. When I called back to reschedule the appointment because I had to leave, they told me that it was first come first serve regardless of an appointment. I don't know how they expect people to be satisfied when they went through all the trouble to make an appointment upload their ID upload, their medical information to be taken at a reasonable time.

I probably should've read other reviews before coming, but I came ahead anyways. There is review after review of the looooooooong wait times... and they are 100% correct. I had an appointment at 12:20pm and arrived/checked in at 12:07pm. The office staff was kind and very pleasant. They let me know it'd be about 40 minutes until I would be seen. I was just about to leave and they called me back at 1:53pm . My nurse "Julie" was nice and let me know there was still 3 patients ahead of me. I waited to be seen by the doctor for an additional 35 minutes. Decent care once I was seen, all in all.

I booked my appointment late Monday online. It was nice to fill out forms online and get all my info ready for my upcoming visit. I arrived early and it was a very easy check-in process. The ladies in the front were warm and welcoming. When I went in my visit with all staff was excellent. They explained everything as it was happening and the staff were gentle. David helped me through the process of my exam and same day procedure. He explained the process and after care carefully. Low cost for the amazing service.

Checked in at 10:26 the online system said I had 2 people ahead of me. I paid my co-pay and waited. It's currently 12:26 (as I write this) and I have 1 person ahead of me. I just overheard three people are currently in the rooms waiting to be seen and they are quoting a 45min wait time to new patients. Something isn't adding up. Won't be back. Will do telle health next time. I should have left.

Worst place ever .... You wait for ever to be seen ... they are rude (KIM was her name ) hung up on me when I was trying to get info about my injury ....they let PA Physician's ) (which are just Physicians assistant's )change your doctors orders and the same doctor is never there this place is s joke i will be reporting this to the board and there are others that feel the same way as I do if you read there reviews you will see THEY SUCK. Don't waste your time here !!!! Go to a real and caring urgent care !!!!

I have been 3 times. You have to be aware of your treatment and the person treating you. I had a diagnosis that was very bad. They said i needed a blood tranfusion and go to CMH. The acting nurse treating me pulled the test strip out of the bio hazard, she kept looking for my testibg. Strip.This was reported to the doctor; this was a very serious mistake.I would never go there again. My daughter was with me. T told the doctor the person treating me should be re certified.When I got to CMH ER I was told I did not need a blood transfusion.I wrote to the doctor and staff in charge. The strip she submitted with results was not mine.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would they are inconsiderate and unhelpful. Do not go here! You will not be helped they do not genuinely care about there patients. I was helped by Dr. Hilda Fiyimoto. She was insensitive and unaware of my condition and how much pain I am in, even after I told her that my job requires me to be on my feet for 8hrs a day and me telling her that my boss made it clear that there's no work for me she gave me a note for me to go back to work with moderate work.I waited two hours to be seen by the doctor for a minute.

Absolute joke here. Don't come here. I should have listened to the reviews. I checked in at 1:27pm. I was the ONLY appointment made at the time for 2:00pm. I waited in the car until 3pm without being seen yet they let walk ins past me no problem. They saw 7 people ahead of me that didn't have an appointment until I had to leave. What a damn joke! I'm sorry my UTI isn't "urgent enough" for you but you're an urgent care not an ER. And I've had this issue for 3 weeks now with no antibiotic luck and needed tests done. I'm so pissed. I finally get the time to go into a doctor and this is the treatment they give. Thanks for reminding me why I don't ever go in anymore and just stick to online ordering. Joke.

What's the point of having an online appointment system, if they don't take appointments. One of the receptionist is USELESS!!! Unprofessional and rude.

What a wonderful and caring staff at this office! I was treated in minutes upon arrival on a Saturday even as my wife was filling out the paperwork. Very professional and friendly. Dr. Stortz is excellent! I could hardly tell when she was working on my hand. Then when I had a follow up question a few days later, I got to talk to someone immediately. No multi-level answering program to navigate.
