My dept ordered my retirement plaque from here with my badge embedded. There is hair in the acrylic around my badge, the backside of the base is cracked and someone tried to cover it up with sharpie, and the original engraving said "208" instead of "2008" as part of the date. Very poor craftsmanship.

Very poor craftsmanship. My dept ordered my retirement plaque from here with my badge embedded. They did fix the date, but now I have someone's hair forever embedded with my badge.

I've used Ventura Trophy for over 20 years. I used them mostly for High School Awards and Club Volleyball Award. The Bello(s) are simply the best to deal with. Great products and great people.

Ventura trophy always provides excellent Customer care! I brought my two items to them on Christmas Eve around 11:30 for Engraving. They were finished and ready for me to pick up by 3:30! Talk about going the extra mile...

This place has so much heart! Bill at Ventura Picture Framing recommended I get a plaque here to add a classic elegance to a 50th anniversary picture we were framing. The owner helped me craft exactly the right words for the plaque and guided me through the process of selecting metal that would complement the photo framing and design. Everything was ready on time and beautifully done. It's great to have such excellent craftspeople in Ventura! Highly recommend to elevate photos to keepsakes!

Ventura Trophy did an excellent job making reading trophies for our AR reading program at Christa McAuliffe Elementary. The owners are so incredibly nice, fast, and professional. And their trophies are affordable! I won't go anywhere else for trophies! Next I think I'll try some glass etching jobs with them!
