SO happy with my new countertops from Ventura Stone. Mick helped me through the entire process and really paid attention to every detail, from the quote and sending a photo, to ordering the stone and sending his team out to measure. Mick and the whole team were able to answer all of my questions, and they checked in after the install to make sure I was satisfied. A few weeks later, I found that my dishwasher was a quarter inch too high and didn't fit. When I called Mick to ask about this, even though it wasn't their fault, he sent someone out to cut and sand the edge at no charge. Thank you! I'm very happy overall with their work and highly recommend Ventura Stone.

We just had our kitchen and bathrooms redone with Lapitec for the kitchen and Dekton for the bathrooms. The minute we walked into the showroom, Vanessa was very helpful in helping us pick out the material. The demo team and installers were very courteous and very careful. Above all, Mick was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We are so happy we went with Ventura Stone. We just love the work they did! I highly recommend them. Thank you, Mick. Jim and Susie

I’m a scientist, so I expect a fairly high level of accuracy and precision from contractors who work on my home. I started researching materials and contractors a year before beginning the renovation of a kitchen and two bathrooms. Roberto was very helpful and patient to answer all of my questions during that time. I chose Cambria Notting Hill quartz for the countertops. The kitchen was challenging; a structural beam ran through one set of cabinets which necessitated a 127 inch long slab of countertop to be fitted around it. Ivan precisely measured the project. I appreciated the opportunity to work with Mick to approve the layout of the design so the dark veining against the white background was used to my satisfaction. Mauricio and his crew did a masterful installation. They precisely notched and slipped the piece in around the beam thus avoiding a large seam at that juncture. The other pieces of countertop were also fabricated and installed beautifully. I would recommend Ventura Stone to anyone who is seeking a professional experience with their countertop projects.

We needed new counter tops for our kitchen and bathrooms and were told by another of our vendors to check out Ventura Stone. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Vanessa. She guided us through the entire process from coming to our condo to take measurements, selecting the type of materials, walking us through the rows and rows of slabs, arranging for the demo and ultimately the install. All the workers from the demo team to the installers were very courteous and did a great. They cleaned up after the work was done and treated our home as if were there own. Great work, great people at a very reasonable price. We could not be happier with everyone at Ventura Stone and highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Ventura Stone.TLDR: They offer very straightforward pricing with their one or two slab specials. They work with you and explain things well, I had specific desires for seam placement which required a crane lift and they were very accommodating to get me exactly what I wanted at a very good price ($7,099 for up to 65sf at the time I purchased).I renovated my entire kitchen and this was the only portion of my project that I didn't do myself. I visited or got quotes from multiple competitors (Pacific, Coastal, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. as well as buy slabs from X and have Y do the fabrication). HD was the cheapest but their fabricator (BlockTops) insisted on excessive seams and their customer service team couldn't explain why and wouldn't accommodate my requests to remove them. Local shops charged too much ($10k+) and getting quotes seemed more complex than it needed to be just to get a quick price for comparison.I visited Ventura Stone thinking that their Silestone specials were limited to only a few choices (Calacuta/Gold), but they were able to provide me the exact slab I wanted (Ethereal Glow, the most expensive tier at Lowes) under their tier 2 special pricing. I asked up front if seams could be limited and they agreed with my desired layout. Everything went smoothly from measurement, to templating to install.The cherry on top was that during the install, the installer asked why I didn't get a quartz windowsill above my sink. I told him I didn't know it was an option. He called Mick, who said that they could do it at no extra charge. The next week they came out again and installed a new sill and addressed a few other minor concerns I had.Like I mentioned, I did a ton of research and went to a lot of different countertop shops. Everything about Ventura Stone felt right from the moment I stepped in. The whole process was smooth, easy, and well communicated up front. They really treat their customers well and I would highly recommend them.

Ventura stone is simply the best. Mick was super informative and knowledgeable. He paid attention to details that I didn’t know where even in play. The installers were amazing and were able to solve problems that arose with their professional experience. If you are looking for professional countertop sales and installation I recommend checking them out.

On 5/8/23, Ventura Stone installed quartz countertops for our kitchen, which we are remodeling. Simply put, the job was performed beautifully and meticulously. Mick, an owner of Ventura Stone, supervised the entire process from initial measurement of the space, breakup and removal of the existing granite top, creation of the template used for fabricating the quartz slabs, markup on the 3 quartz slabs of the layout for fabrication based upon a precise placement of the template so that the veins in the slabs will run continually across the slab, fabrication and final installation in our kitchen. In fact, Mick required that my wife and I come to his plant in Ventura California to observe and approve the markup of the template on the slabs themselves. Mick was a fanatic about the layout of the template on the face of the quartz slabs in order to assure, as close as possible, that veins in the slabs ran continuously across the various shapes of the cut slab--(a process that, as I understand it, many stone cutters skip and make no attempt to carefully place and locate the template on the slab in order to address vein continuity. The three-man installation team that came to our home for installation was outstanding, each worker an expert in counter-top placement and installation. They were also very careful in minimizing dust accumulation and thoroughly cleaned-up the site when they were finished. Mick had told us that the installation would take two days, but the job was completed in one day. To our surprise, Mick appeared at our home at the end of the day to carefully inspect the job to make sure it was completed to his satisfaction. Finally, my view is that the job cost from soup to nuts was fair and reasonable. I would certainly and highly recommend Ventura Stone for countertop fabrication and installation. As an aside, we were referred to Ventura Stone by the company from Spain, Constantino, that manufactured the quartz slabs. You should also know that Mick, from the beginning, gave us his cell phone number so that we could call him at any time with any questions. He also picked up and answered our phone calls!! He never asked us to write a review!!!! Phil

I was referred here by a friend and would recommend them to others. They did a super great job and it looks just beautiful. My only complaint would be that the guy that demoed my old tile didn't cover my cabinets and that was a hot mess.

Ventura Stone is a very professional and effiicently run business. Vanessa gave me tour of the various slabs and helped me decide what to use. When the slabs arrived at Ventura Stone, Juan maps out the slabs for my kitchen and bathrooms. I can't say enough about the installers, so precise, the installation had to be perfect!!
