I went to this post office today to purchase postage for my holiday cards, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. No greeting—just an eyebrow raise and cold glare from the man working there. When I asked for postage, he rudely scoffed and condescendingly replied, “Do you mean stamps?” I clarified that yes, I needed stamps to mail out 50 cards. His attitude didn’t improve. He curtly told me they come in packs of 20, so I’d have to choose between 40 or 60.
I honestly wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review if it weren’t for his next comment. When I handed him my card to pay, the tap function didn’t work after he tried it twice. I then watched him insert my card incorrectly for the chip option, which obviously wasn’t going to work. Instead of calmly reinserting it the CORRECT way, he made an unnecessarily rude comment: “Are there going to be any other issues with your card?” followed by a scoff. Rather than pointing out that he clearly didn’t know how to insert a card into the credit card terminal (and to avoid escalating the situation), I calmly offered to use a different card, hoping to move things along since problem-solving didn’t seem to be his strong suit. Thankfully, he finally figured it out, and I was able to leave because, frankly, that man is insufferable.
His behavior was completely uncalled for. A simple transaction like buying stamps shouldn’t feel so hostile. I regret not taking my business elsewhere because they clearly don’t value professionalism or basic courtesy here. Terrible service. Do yourself a favor by going anywhere but here.

I don't know why everyone seems to love this business. It used to be good many years ago, but the last five years or so has made me go elsewhere. The main guy always seems bored or is smoking, and every time I have gone lately, even when my package is prepaid, they find a way to charge me. I will take the same package elsewhere and not be charged extra. If I didn't have a label, they would jack up the price when elsewhere had half the cost (and it is usually at a USPS location).

Great place to do business.Jason and Shannon are on top of everything and the great communication, I'm taking care of a customer when necessary.I would continue to do business with these people, and so should you because they're great. That's hard to find nowadays.

Guy was kinda sassy. Told me he didn't take FedEx QR codes and that I could print it. Emailed it to him and he printed it. Then told me it was a dollar. For one piece of paper. Really? Anyways didn't take card for a dollar so I was asked if I wanted to buy some stamps. No. Found a dollar. Thanks so much for you hard work

Usually pretty good but lately the owner and his workers have gotten impatient and rude. We were the only ones in and they told us that they were busy. The lady was on a personal call.
