I rented a unit for 15 months. It was okay for 12. I went to get something out at the end of May and had to take some things out and put them back. When I vacated the unit at the end of August, it had been broken into. They took a lot of stuff. Of course the video cameras didn't capture my unit. I will never rent there again.

B U L L S H I T read all the reviews one the place is not secure only cameras on the entry and exit parts front and back of building units in middle lanes are wide open to thieves I know I've been broken into four times in the last 6 years.ATTENTION NOW Advertisement states Ventura mini warehouse but if you read any of the stats since Storage so the stars Storage don't be fooled your hard-working people's warehouse needs electricity the use of coming though not sold any more new management here they will trick bag you and steal your money and your stuff if you don't believe me call me 8052072005 hopefully you'll get to be before yelp Texas add down remember yup only puts up ads or businesses pay for them to be good as they don't want negative input they're not truthful they're not respectful they are pieces of s***

I had a unit there for 3 years. The area was clean but... I had to force the unit door open each time I went there using a huge screwdriver. I was told it was the weather that caused this. If I forgot the screwdriver I could not get in. Also, every year there was a rent increase!

We rented a large unit for a few months between moves and couldn't have been more pleased. Clean, easy access, personable service, affordable prices. Highly recommended!
