Nick did an amazing job from start to finish. He was quick, thorough, and very helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and even had my car ready a day early (and detail cleaned). I can’t thank Nick enough for taking a bad situation (car accident) and changing it into a pleasant experience where I felt like I was being taken care of by a good friend. I appreciate the hard work and effort of Nick and his team. Everyone was very friendly and I am very appreciative.

From start to finish both Nick and Alexis took care of everything!!!! I mean everything....hassle with the insurance, the rental and omg my car looks practically new...and on top of that they cleaned my car inside and out. I highly recommend and will tell everyone I know about this place and the best customer service! Avoid this place at all cost. They are now trying to bill me for my car after I have had it 2 months out of the shop on top of my bill saying I owe 0. I got another typed out letter stating I owe them money yet the bill right behind says I owe nothing... do yourselves a favor and avoid this shop.

This family-run business recently repaired my car after a rear-end collision. They did an amazing job! Nick is a true pro. He was very responsive from the beginning and walked/talked me through the entire process. They repaired the back of my car perfectly, all while turning a bad experience into a great one! They even detailed my car and returned it to me with a smiling shine. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have had my car repaired several times at Ventura Collision Center and I am so impressed with this company. Nick is a terrific guy and the entire staff is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The results were beyond my expectations and they even washed my car!
