Francisco came to tow my truck to my mechanic because it wasn’t starting. He took initiative to just check it out quickly and he got it to start! Totally saved me hundreds of dollars. Explained what he did and didn’t talk down to me. Thanks Francisco!

I am from Orange County and was heading up to northern Cal when my vehicle malfunctioned 2.5 hours into the trip. We needed a tow late on a Friday evening back to OC and the only company that would help was Ventura Tow. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. If there were 10 stars, they would get it.
