very slow & poor customer service, u can’t never call in their phone. I send the email to ask them if they can send their product to dubai, they just reply once & then I ask another question & provided my address, hoping they could send the products to me, & they disappear. now I buy online & using another warehouse address in Delaware, after 8 days, still not coming, I send the email said I’m in a hurry, keep calling & send the email, no reply just no reply. very poor customer service!!!
Update: people have their eyes, I’ll upload the conversation we had, so people can judge by themselves, I’m tired of it, I ask u call me, but u wouldn’t. no words to say now, I’ll definitely not order anything & recommend it to any of my friends in the future.
Update: I think I need to explain here why I’m so angry, from first beginning I sent a email to ask them in a very polite way if they could send the products to dubai (I just bought a new apartment, it was an very pleasant thing until now, coz of this wall paints, delaying my plan for more 10 days now), then he just reply me once & then disappear, I send another email to his colleague, too. Also asking about the delivery thing, too. Same results, disappear. After 7 days, until I left a bad rating on google map, now Alex can reply my email more then 5 times a day, wow, what a miracle!!! if in the first beginning, you take this seriously, I would not have to do this. I’m not the first guy who said your customer service having problems! I ask u to call me, I would like to talk to u on phone to share my feeling & the problems on it, but you just not willing to. And your company phone number is a fake one, there’s always no one answering the phone.
In the future, if unfortunately any customers face any similar problems like me, just give them a bad rating, this is the only way they will take your question seriously!

We finished our house about a year. After trying two other brands in our home, Vasari was the clear winner. We love it, and we're picky. Initially we just wanted to the kitchen, but ended up plastering most of the house including 2 shower / bathrooms. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to the great staff for all your help!

I'm an interior designer and was really excited about my personal bathroom renovation using plaster on the walls and ceiling. I did a lot of research and found that Tadelakt plaster can be used for bathroom and shower applications. After meeting with a certified lime-base Venetian Plaster contractor who uses Vasari, and being assured that it was a viable and effective solution for a bathroom, I decided to move forward.
A project that was supposed to take 10 days took over 2 months and I’m still dealing with ongoing issues even now 3 months later. This plaster is not a good option for wet areas. The sealers and wax do not protect the plaster from water the way they’re supposed to. My contractor had to come back and reseal the whole area with wax a second time and that still did not work. When the water soaks into the plaster it leaves water marks that look AWFUL and can take up to 3 days to fully dry. I even bought my own wax from Vasari to touch-up areas that I’d see wet spots.This process of using the shower, seeing wet areas, waiting days for it to dry and then applying more wax, and waiting another day to dry has been inconvenient and exhausting. I even called Vasari to get a recommendation on how to resolve this issue. They recommended that I use Dry Treat sealer. I used it and while it works better at sealing the plaster, I still see several small wet spots after using the shower. This has been a very expensive mistake in choosing this finish for my bathroom. I am just grateful that I tried it for the first time personally, and not on a client project. While it is aesthetically beautiful when dry, I do not recommend for bathrooms and areas exposed to moisture and water.

Ordered 5 gallons of their product. Two arrived damaged, one arrived as an empty box and two were lost in USPS. Never responded to emails and do not answer their phone. No one from company would respond. STAY AWAY!

Lime wash paints are gorgeous, and we are lucky to have a local manufacturer. They do old-school plaster as well, and all their colors and textures are beautiful. Highly recommended.

This company is not interested in customer service. After investing time and money in purchases, they were unable to provide the product needed for my project. It would have been nice to know they could not provide the product before spending so much money and time.
