Stopped by here yesterday after realizing they still made juice (not like Ventura). The owner was super nice and got my juice mixed perfectly. I decided. To also get a new Mod and he directed me to a great pick. This is a great shop and will definitely get my business from now on.

I've been using Vape creations for around to 2 1/2 years now for all my juice needs always have what I need as far as my juice goes yeah pretty cool shop depends on who's working but other Nat it's all good!

Worst customer service today I actually got screamed at today by employee who refused to give me his name after my face swelled up from there juice this was the second bottle that did it so I went back today asking for a return politely when he switched the story once I finally was able to get him to call someone he even told them I used profanity when I do not use cuss. I am appalled at this experience I was like assaulted verbally I was so upset when I left I was shaking, and no he did not return my juice he also denied making my other juice he just made last week that had to much salt nic in it, it made my lips numb and the bottle is very dark. At first I thought this was going to be a great store because it decorated great and the other guy is very friendly. I'm still shocked!!

Wide variety of vapes and CBD products. Staff was helpful. And they make custom oils for vapes. Very unique!

I would recommend this store to anyone in Ventura!! Am not sure if she is the owner, but the person who helped me in the store was SO NICE All of the juices in this store are house blends, their own white label products. I got the White Owl, it's a peach-berry mix, and it's delicious!! Excellent flavor profile, high quality juice for certain 60ml bottles for $25, 120ml for $40. The prices are slightly higher, but this is because it's FRESH juice blends that they manufacture themselves. It's worth it to spend a little extra on the quality
