VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I wanted to let people know that Ryan in his big van will park in your driveway while working on another property. I made him aware that he was parked in my driveway on my property, rudely saying there was no sign!! Really I didn't know I had to have a tow away sign in my driveway in front of my garage?!? He kept his van there for over an hour and told me to call the police if he wanted me to move it!

I found Ryan thru other Yelp reviews and am really glad I did. He came to my aid within a couple days of my call and solved my highly technical problem straightaway. He is very responsible and answers emails and texts directly. I will use him for all my AV needs going forward.

I fully endorse Ryan at Utopia Creative. I spent months doing research on who to chose for an extremely high level/complicated electronic setup--remotes, cameras, satellite, phone ect..anything you can think of. Ryan stayed in contact with me, never pressured us and has been available quickly anytime we have a question. I suggest doing your own research, talk to other companies on the phone and ask yourself who do you trust?..For me it was a no brainer--you will see that all roads lead to Utopia Creative.

I manage a "high end" property with expensive electronic systems. We asked Ryan for consultation on a new, lengthy and technically confusing proposal which we were ready to sign because "they are the biggest company in town!" My client wanted EVERYTHING controlled from an IPad, IPhone or Handheld Remote. TV's, Sirius, Pandora, Lighting, Security, Cameras, Contacts, Calendars in different rooms or zones with different music....simultaneously. To our dismay, the "biggest and best company" would not be able to deliver this! Well, we decided to let Ryan figure this mess out since he has that rare, don't say it can't be done, bruised but not broken spirit...and he is technically brilliant. He got the job done with incredible integrity, patience dealing with somewhat unrealistic demands and basically just does not want to fail you. We are so happy we have the coolest system available and at a very reasonable price. Thanks again!

If you're looking for a company that knows how to get the job done right, Utopia is it. Ryan and his crew are able to come up with creative solutions to even the most challenging a/v issues. They've done multiple jobs for me and I will continue to work with them on any a/v project that comes up. Contact these guys if you want the job done right the first time around.
