Closed all kinds of random times with no explanation. Night guy won't accept cards at times for safety reasons....yeah,cards. Shift changes take forever. Figure on going a block away to Rocket half the time.

Terminal didn't work, went inside to pay and the clerk was less than helpful. Go down to gasco where the equipment works and there isn't a moron at the front counter.

Terrible customer service skills from the attendant working when I went. Attendant clearly needs training on how to interact with customers in a non-confrontational way.

Never thought I'd leave a review of a gas station but here I am. I park at the pump and walk up to the door to pay in cash. It's locked so I go over to the window where some kid is playing on his phone inside. He ignores me, I knock, he ignores me. He makes eye contact and I wave, he looks down. Then he walks over to the door, unlocks it, walks outside and locks it. I say, "can I buy some gas". He mumbles. I say "what?". He says "I'm on lunch". I say, "so I can't buy any gas?", he annoyingly responds, "Not if I'm on lunch!" And walks away. As I leave, two other costumers walk up trying to figure out how to pay. What a s*** hole. Sell gas or don't. Work or don't.

Short lady no name tag Closed the door on my older 78 years young friend was walking up to pay for GAS ⛽ AND you made him walk to walk up window after locking the door in front of him not saying anything.. then make us wait for extra 7 10 minutes to get our change from gas.. never coming back no ? be kind not rude

Out of the 2 gas stations on the Avenue I would not go to this one. Staff members are extremely rude to most customers making them wait. If they see somebody needs help (Don't leave on break and not attend them!) A worker was screaming at a elderly man the other day. I have heard horrible stories about this Gas station from family members and friends but I had never witnessed anything until yesterday. People are choosing to go to the other Gas station because the Girls are so rude.

Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. Went to this gas station yesterday put my debit card in the terminal, entered my pin, and pulled my card out. Didn’t get any gas because I wanted to check my account before fill up. When I checked my account there was a pending transaction from USA Gasoline for -$75. I walked in and talked to the attendant who told me that this gas station does a $75 authorization for gas no matter what. She printed out a receipt as proof that I did not make the $75 purchase but the funds were still gone from my account. I called my bank this morning as the funds were still gone from my account my bank told me it could take up to 2 weeks for the merchant USA gas to balance their books and release my funds. This is an unethical business practice if they’re going to do a $75 hold on their customers accounts there should be a sign on the pump and in the store so people can opt out and go to another gas station. Do your self a favor and buy your gas elsewhere if you don’t want to get scammed out of the funds in your bank account for gas that you did not receive.

09/01/2021 A girl named Rainbow working this morning was so rude, I didn’t have my mask and figured I can give my money really quick since no one was in, it was silent and I went out to my pump and waited for my gas to come out. Then she decided to walk out and tell me to come pick up my money and to leave. Her tone in her voice was very rude and aggressive. I return the tone back to her and told her how I felt. I do not appreciate the service I have been going to that gas station for a very long time. I have never had anybody as a rude as she was from the start. Her voice from the start was all around not OK. I don’t feel her customer service is professional. People need to not take their personal life to work or find a job that makes you happy and give professional customer service. I can see my honest mistake, I was in a rush and need to remember to have my mask. But if you are ready collected the money and I am waiting at the pump then why wouldn’t you just let me pump my gas. I feel that her personal feelings were involved. I will be making a complaint.

Horribly rude service. The "manager" wouldn't turn on the air compressor screaming that I wasn't a customer because she didn't see me pump my gas. I fill my car there at least once a week. Whoever owns this establishment should stop hiring teenagers. Thanks for making me feel like I was one of the homeless dudes. Guess Ill be spending my 160$ a month at a different station...

Whomever was there on 5.29.21 was super rude! She could not help me cuz "SHE WAS ON LUNCH!" Now u would not have known that since she didnt put up any signs or anything letting you SHE WAS ON LUNCH AT 10:30AM!!!!!!!!!!!!! As busy as that place is, they couldnt afford someone to break her? U gotta ask urself.
