Went in on a Saturday morning the young lady was very nice and helpful. Monday morning I was trying to track my package and when typing in the tracking number it kept saying it was invalid so Tuesdays morning I called the store and a man answered I told him my situation and he asked for the tracking number. About 5 numbers in he cuts me off and very rudely tells me that’s a usps tracking number and that there are two options to ship which I was unaware of. I told him that made more sense and before I could say thank you he hung up on me. Not professional on his part especially when I wasn’t being rude I just didn’t know they had two different types of shipping options.

Dodging speeding drivers in the parking lot and hoping to pass by, unscathed, the people hanging out nearby is scary. But once safely inside this UPS store on Telephone Rd, you'll find a clean and efficient business. I've been a box holder here for years and would like to finally take the opportunity to acknowledge the staff, especially Ezquiel, for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you!

I had some returns from Amazon, so I opted to drop them off to The UPS Store. I had the pleasure of having Adriana help me with my returns. I'm so grateful she was there, because I was confused on which QR code belong to which item (I received the wrong item twice from Amazon). Not only did she help me with that but one of the items I was returning needed to be packed and I didn't realize until she told me about it. Luckily for me she had saved a discarded bag from a previous customer that she used to package my item! I didn't have to pay for anything because I had the QR codes and free returns with Amazon.Adriana was not only super helpful but she had a smile on her face while helping me. Now that's what I call great service!!The location is inside of a shopping center with plenty of parking. The inside of the store is clean and organized with items for purchase for all your shipping needs!

I specifically asked the worker if I needed to buy tape to seal the box myself to ship the package out of state. He stated he would seal it for me. $80 to send the package was the cheapest rate. It arrived to the recipient opened with two little pieces of tape flopping around. Very disappointed and unsure at this point if Items are missing.

They were rude and unhelpful!!!!!!!Just needed some help with using their computer, but we were having trouble and the manager had an attitude and didn't want to help us. We left and went to Fed Ex where they were so helpful and nice

I came here for notary services. It was a little busy on a Saturday but I figured it would be as people are off to do errands. The store was nice and cool so I didn't mind waiting. The young man who was completing the notary services had a large order before me but was very apologetic. Once it was my turn, he was very helpful and again very apologetic. He was very knowledgeable about my document as it was missing legal wording, but he had his own document that had the correct information. Very happy with the service

sign up for a mailbox and some mail gets delivered and some mail gets lost very often . Anything bank related , dmv , or personal consider it lost . Someone in the inside is stealing mail . good luck

Charged me 3.29 for one piece of paper because he had to look up what I sent them to print on their email. I’ve never been charged so much for one print, ever! Total rip off!

These people are terrible. I take something in to be returned and they say the box won't work. I took it to another UPS and it was good. They just did the same thing again. This is not a functioning UPS store.
