They shrank 3 "dry clean only" curtains by 5" each because they (the Unique professional dry cleaners) washed it. Genius. Their resolution: to bring in the 4th curtain, wash it (shrink it) and then re-hem all of them so they match. Took in 3 "dry clean only" curtains and they washed them and caused them to shrink by around 4" and now they're unusable. Their solution (no joke) was to bring in the 4th curtain, let them wash and ruin that one as well and then adjust the hem on all 4 so they match. Take your stuff somewhere else - anywhere else - if you actually care about it!

The worst place!!!If u have a different option please take it!!!!They got the clothes on time but their work is horrible!!!I think my shirts were more clean before I left them at this place!!! HORRIBLE

This place can get things done quickly and the price is reasonable. The women is very helpful and charge me an extra fee for rushing one or my uniforms when I was in a bind.

Unique Cleaners put a hole in my brand new $90 jeans and the owner refused to admit any responsibility. I took my new jeans in for hemming and when I went to wear them a few days later, I discovered a rip in front. I took the new pants in for the alteration with the original tags on them. The tags had been cut off and no mention of the hole. The owner was very rude and accused me of causing the damage!! I was shocked with her response and obviously my boyfriend and I will NEVER return. Between alterations and dry cleaning, we spent about $1,000 a year there. It was a poor business decision not to take responsibility for $90.

My husband used their tailoring services for our wedding a long time ago and was very happy. I recently visited Unique Cleaners again to have a large embroidered patch removed from one jacket to place on another. I needed a quick turn around and the woman was so kind and flexible. She was able to get the jacket back to me very quickly. It looks gorgeous. I was very pleased with how kind and helpful the service was. Would recommend.

I should've read the reviews of this place more carefully. Dropped three shirts off on a Thursday in hopes of picking it up on Monday morning. I was assured this would not be a problem. Upon arriving Monday morning he could not locate my shirts for the first 15 minutes, only to find them crumpled up in a stuff sack at the bottom of a cart having not been touched. He then proceeded to project his anger and awkwardness at not finishing the job towards me, by telling me that since I came a few hours before the tag said that that is why the reason it is not done. I simply replied that if that is the case can I leave the shirts here and pick them up later? He immediately said no, the best he can do is iron them out and he will give me a 10% discount. Lol this place is a joke and I am truly surprised it has been staying in business this whole time.

I went in to get a dress cleaned. I had spilled wine on it from a party. When I showed the women the dress she said she could not guarantee to get the stain out. When I asked why, she blamed the material of the dress and said the wine stain covered too much of the material. I asked her to check the tag to see what material it was. It's cotton. She seemed to get angry and suggest I wouldn't pay her even if she couldn't guarantee the stain would be removed. I had to reassure her that I had every intention of paying even if she was not able to do it. At the end I decided to take it to my trusted dry cleaner in Santa Barbara... she's gotten out wine stains on my duvet cover, grease stains on silk and plenty of stains on cotton including red wine and chocolate. I do love this place is family owned and operated but the customer service is not great and if they can't take a stain out what's the point?

We bring out dry cleaning clothes here. Staff is friendly. We're happy with service but I wish the clothes be ready sooner. But I'm sure they get busy because they get a lot of customers.
