Customers can bring in their empty containers for refills. The beautiful, super picturesque space offers excellent products for day to day, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hair serum, body lotion, laundry sheets, after sun spray, and beard oil. Everything tried has been such good quality for a reasonable price, especially for hand made lotions and fragrances. A key feature is the ability to choose and customize scents, such as coconut and vanilla. These products are amazing for your body and the environment, and customers love knowing exactly what is in them. While highly recommended to visit in person, online shipping is fast. For online custom scent orders, it is advised to try samples first as the exchange process can be tough and not the smoothest, taking some time. The scents are natural and a healthier option, though some find them okay but not strong. The staff are described as the sweetest, though one customer service experience was initially combative before becoming nicer. The place is definitely worth checking out if in the area, and customers express they will definitely be back for refills and to try new items.

A wonderful place. I brought in some of my empty containers and picked out the products I wanted. Some of the products I purchased came in their containers. this gives me the opportunity to try their shampoos oils, lotions, etc..
