Mom mother used this group last year for taxes they were very helpful. She passed away June 1, 2022. Sharon contaced me and advised me to set up an appointment regarding her taxes for 2022. This December CS sent me a "disengage" email which meant they were dumping us. I asked if this is normal business and he replied "yes it happens when business expands". He said he would have to charge me $2,000.00 to do mom's taxes due to "complexity". Mom has a rental property and I gave her the tax write off on our cabin. She only had 6 months of retirement income this year. I'm perplexed by the "complexity". I am the trustee and needed their help more than ever. When I spoke to CS, he was unempathetic and only sent me mom's 2021 taxes. Very disappointing. My ex also uses them hmmm. He didn't get dumped. Anyway, not good form.

I have used this family run company since the beginning, (many years). They are absolutely the best financial planners around. Mike and Debra are so dedicated to providing the best service, they go above and beyond as planners and managers. Their integrity, honesty and knowledge of financial strategies are bar none. I went to see one of The Lynd Group's lecture on social security, retirement etc. Mike knows his stuff. After the lecture I signed up for a one on one meeting with him. (BTW he doesn't charge for that). After discussing my personal matters with him he came up with a plan that would work. I was so impressed and felt so comfortable with him while in his office and after I left I asked to transfer my personal Accounts to him. Never once did he pressure me in to transferring my information, in fact he never mentioned it at all. Mike. Mike takes a personal interest in you and so does the rest of his office staff. I hate to say staff because they are much more than that. He also has a tax preparer in his office should you choose to use him. If you are looking for someone who will look out for your best interest go with Mike Mansfield of The Lynd Group. For the Lynd Group 5 stars isn't enough I give them a 10!!

Mike and Deb are exceptional people! Honest, smart, and strategic. I spent almost a year talking with Mike about his investment strategies and recommendations for my wife and I before we invested. I highly recommend them for your financial planning and insurance needs.

Michael Mansfield put us at ease about our finances after our first meeting. He focused on us as people and helping plan for our future to reach our goals. He is refreshingly easy to work with. Mike is clearly very knowledgeable, but helped us easily understand all the lingo and complicated paperwork associated with legal speak. He's very organized and his follow-through is off the charts. His office staff is friendly and helpful. He has helped guide us through updating our trust/will, managing our investments, reviewed our life insurance policies and helped to be better prepared for taxes. We call him our life coach and feel much better prepared for our future thanks to him. We highly recommend Mike!

Michael is so knowledgeable and personable. Michael took what seemed a convoluted hard to decipher situation and made it simple. The office staff is so helpful and supportive of Their clients I would recommend Michael to my mother.
