Unfair business practice. I have been here many times after making an appointment and had to wait - as I expected to - as the appointment check in clearly says that this is a first come first served business and the appointment is not a guarantee that a stylist will see you at that time. So when I walk in today and stylists are available, and I am told I have to wait and hour and a half, I am confused. I pointed out that this has always been a walk in facility. The receptionist told me no, appointments made that day take precedence over walk ins - even if there before them.
I don't mind what rules you have Supercuts. But they must be consistent to be fair. Changing the rules to mean something contradictory to your own websites rules feels arbitrary - especially when I have had that very rule used to my disadvantage in the past.
Pick a rule and stick to it.

Short wait for my appointment, and then down to business…great cut and style!
Hair type: Short white hair, when it gets too long it curls and is unmanageable. I get a “business style” haircut. Now manageable and neat!

I went for a haircut and got the older Hispanic woman. I asked for layers and a trim which takes time to do properly and make look good. A customer can in maybe 4 minutes after she sat me down in the chair and she rushed my hair cut to go help another Hispanic customer. Yes I'm white and yes I'm saying she's racist. If you're more worried about a BUZZ cut than you are actual hair and making it look good and want to RUSH your customer out just because someone else came in you shouldn't be a hair stylist. Terrible service if you're white

the worst barber shop I've ever been to... the chinese lady was super rude and didn't want to listen to how I wanted my hair (she did what she wanted)... I simply paid 31 dollars and went to another barbe shop to fix what she did

I had my haircut by Cindy Rachel about a month ago and I'm sorry I didn't find her sooner. Loved, Loved my haircut. I asked for an undercut and a-line and got the best one in years. Love it so much that I already booked my touch up. Thank you to Cindy Rachel and Supercuts!!

I had "Patty Scissorhands" (a nickname from a previous customer) which is very accurate. The customer even bought Patty a cute plaque with her new moniker. ? ?
My hair had not been cut in 9-12 months & it showed. I needed a haircut badly but have been scared since the last 2-3 times I've been very, very disappointed, to say the least. ☺️
I asked for a feathered, layered, shoulder-length cut. I also asked to have it thinned since I do have thick hair.
Patty did as I'd requested & asked if I was satisfied. I asked her to cut my "bangs" a little shorter where the ends were still flipping up. She did, I paid her (tipped her for doing a fantastic job) & said I'd see her in about 6 weeks.
Well, It's only been a couple & I'm ready to go back for another trim!!
Guess I wasn't as satisfied as I thought. Either that or it grew a lot faster than I thought it would, lol.?
I can't blame it on Patty though. She did exactly as I requested & Ileft satisfied.
To begin with, I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted & since I didn't have photos to show her, I guess I would have been impossible to satisfy! In my defense though, I asked if they had any books for ideas & they didn't. Hopefully, they'll get some for future clients who aren't 100% sure what they want.
Thank you Patty Scissorhands, you're a fantastic hairstylist. I'll be seeing you soon! ???♀️

We will never come back to this place. We were gonna get a haircut for our toddler, but he is kind of not in the mood to do the haircut, this asian lady who was gonna cut his hair was so rude. Couldn’t even talk to us nicely. She just bluntly say “IM NOT CUTTING HIS HAIR IF HE IS LIKE THAT” . She could have said it nicely but she said it so rudely! Why put someone rude behind the desk, even when we came in, she has this bad look on her face.

Waste of time don't go here with your kid that's for sure
Called to speak to the owner who wasn't in and got the same rude disrespectful woman that was in yesterday. She doesn't listen and interrupts you before you can even finish a sentence. AND SOMEHOW SHE'S THE SHIFT MANAGER. Just wow.
