Steve's remains my go-to place when I need odd items to finish up a job and I don't want to wade through the masses at Lowes. Steve's is also an excellent source for all types of plumbing paraphernalia. They seem to always have the parts I need. Their prices are amazingly close to the big box stores, and the personalized service can't be beat!

We had the most amazing plumber come to our home to install a hot water heater. His name is Raymond Munoz and don't forget it; because to have him come to your home to work on whatever problem you are having is going to be a plus factor for you. He made me a promise as to when he would do rhe installation and apologized that he would be delayed but he said "even if I have to stay until midnight I am getting that installed for you". Well this wonderful, capable, professional technician was a man of his word. Yep, he stayed until almost midnight; I kid you not. I am so impressed with the quality of his work, his work ethic, his cheerful personality and just an all around great guy. Steve's Plumbing, you have a gem in this employee and he would be the reason I would call for Steve's Plumbing services again. Thank You Raymond, you are a joy and a gracious gentleman.

Great old school hardware store. I shop there as much as possible and I encourage all the local Venturans to do the same. I hope that they stay in business forever, and never get forced out by one of the big box stores.

Came here because I was told they were the authority on plumbing parts in Ventura. My first mistake was just uttering the word bidet. After that they totally shut me off and didn't want to help me with any questions even though it was just can you help me get a 3/8 inch fitting that converts to a half inch fitting. That was it and I tried to explain that but he just said I don't know anything about that. Maybe I could've pressed the issue with him but I figured I didn't wanna argue with the gentleman. I ended up figuring it out on my own with parts from Lowe's I really wanted to support local. Shame

This is my go-to place when I have plumbing issues. It doesn't matter about price as I always know that when I have a question, I can get it answered correctly. There have been several plumbing projects around the house I have tackled due to the expertise provide by this single store. Any of the guys you talk to can help.

Been going to this place for a few years when I have a complicated plumbing or hardware issue. NEVER been disappointed. I had a hardware issue with Toilet. Steve went way out of his way to track down the part (I thought it was impossible) and was able to get it within a week. There customer service is consistently exceptional. Yea the big box stores might be slightly cheaper, BUT I assure you this is my go to place for plumbing and hardware. Bax
