Had an issue with car play working in my new EV. Went into shop to see if I could schedule a service appointment to have one of the techs fix it. Moses came right out to my car, spent a good 20 minutes uninstalling and reinstalling all the connections. It WORKS!! Thank you Moses. Great shop. Will do future transactions with this business. Do not bring your vehicle here, I set an appointment for 9:30 Saturday dropped my vehicle off to them was told that I could pick up before close or earlier if they finished earlier. Waited all day to pick up my vehicle just to be called at 5 pm stating they got behind and my vehicle wasn’t ready, I was given the option of picking my vehicle up with what they had already done and returning it the next day or leaving it there over night and picking it up at 12pm the next day. I originally agreed to leaving it until I received another call from the about 15 min later stating that my windows have after market rink on them not factory tint like they originally told me so it would be an up charge to remove it. The person in the phone was very inconsistent with their statements so I asked if my vehicle had even been started like he previously said and he said no so I told them to not do anything to my vehicle and I would pick it up before they closed at 6. My husband went in to grab the keys and they attempted to offer us a discount if we decided to bring our vehicle back of course we declined bc they are dishonest and inconsistent. Spend a little extra money and save yourself some time and go to someone more reputable.

Window tinting: Called to make an appointment. Dropped off keys when they opened on appt. day. Got tinting 35% front and 20% back. Got called about an hour before close to pick it up. Cost a little less than $200 with a deal. I appreciate they didn't try to upsell me on anything. Overall, smooth service and looks good!

Went in for some speakers , the ones i wanted didn’t come with brackets to install them , so they threw some in for free ! 10/10 definitely going to come again

I brought my car in due to my bass not working any longer. They were able to do a free consult and in 20 minutes I was on my way. Also learned they do window tinting...been thinking about taking my car in to get the tinting redone too...I'll def be going back.

at first it was good, sold me a solid set of bronze te37 rims, but all good things come to an end. Went in one day wanting to see if they had cold air intakes for my car. They did and they lied to my face saying it was the only legal one. Found out a few months later that it doesn't have a Carb EO number for my model and therefore its illegal for sale in California and now i had to get rid of it. Made me waste $400+

This is the worst place in Ventura, I called to make an appointment to have my car tinted and the person who made the appointment told me that he would take my car at 9:30 am and that they would have it ready for me at 6:30 pm to take my car. car at that time, at 5:40 pm I arrived at the stereo land establishment to wait to pick up my car and I saw it parked right where I left it early I had to wait at 5:50 pm look that they put the car in to work on the At 6:30 pm I asked them if my car was ready and the supposed driver told me that it wasn't there yet. The truth is, it was very annoying having to take my car so that it could be parked there all day and they didn't even do the work and The worst thing of all, the person said to wait, they were not going to leave until the car was ready. What I don't understand is why they make appointments early if they are going to do the work until late, they are supposed to close at 6 :30 pm they wanted to finish my car until 8:30 pm, to which I told them that I had to leave and the supposed supervisor told me that he was going to charge me for the windows that they tinted and I told them that I didn't want the job and they had to remove it
The polarized, they are all non-professionals, the truth is what they do is stupid.

All the guys that work here are great! I found them to be super nice! Super helpful too. Great prices, very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them for your car needs. I am very happy with the tinting they did on my car. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We recently upgraded my wife's teal green Jeep Wrangler "Teal Raven" with a lift kit, side steps, new stereo, Video Camera, a front push bumper, flood lights, and a CB with antenna. The entire store staff was great in helping my wife and I in picking everything out that would work for her Jeep. We have procured radio upgrades from here before (like 4 times) and it was just awesome. The customer service of the entire staff is second to none, as everything was installed, the guys would keep us up to date and after everything was done, they took the time to explain how everything worked and as we worked out a few bugs, they told us to bring her Jeep back and they fixed what needed to fixed. During each of our visits to the shop, the entire team was very welcoming and we enjoyed talking to them, they answered all of my wife's questions and addressed her concerns. They gave her suggestions/ recommendations on what she could/ should do to her Jeep. With all of the work done on her Jeep I decided to get some work done to mine as well.Bottom line here is that the entire team at Stereoland is first rate the install team is awesome and very professional. If you are looking to upgrade any of your vehicles, highly suggest you talk to these guys, they won't steer you wrong.
