The level of customer service was extraordinary. It was a very challenging transfer of mobile service and required a lot of patience and sticktoitiveness. Michael followed through to get it done ?. In addition, he was well supported by his co~associate Grant and that made for a great transaction ?.

Bad, very terrible service, a turtle is faster than service, when they finish serving a customer they go to the warehouse and it takes more than half an hour for each customer

Store staff always helpful. Spectrum is terrible company that promises low rates, then raises the rate. Impossible to deal with when trying to cancel cell service. Never again!

So on Monday Spectrum made some changes, added newvequipmentbor someone didn't backup before they madeva change. All myvarracwas out, NO SERVICE NO CELL CALLS. NO INTERNET NOTHING. On the way to the Spectrum store on the Ventura Ave, I stopped at Channel Island Jiuce Co. The 2 people were really frustrated they could not ring up my purchase. I asked them Do you have Spectrum? They replied yes. I told them I was on the wsy to the Spectrum store to find out what's going on. Everytime I called them my call dropped. So the lady at Channel Island Juice Co gave me the Juice because she couldn't ring it up up because Spectrum was down. So any business in Ventura that had Spectrum Service could not sell anything all day. UNEXCEPTABLE. I'M waiting for the company to be sold or the to be bought out. Testing bathe public to see if they panic with no internet or cell service BAD IDEA. You will pay 1 way or the other.

Store terribly understaffed and now with added mobile phone service in store wait hours can be as long as 2hrs. Staff up spectrum!!!!

I had given a 5 star review for the Simi office who fixed the problems caused by the Santa Paula office. This was before we found out how the new boxes work. It shuts off every couple of hours to save power they say but we have no option to keep in on unless we press a button. The Police recommend that you keep your TV on when you are away but now thanks to Spectrum you can't do that. It is our home and we should be allowed to have it on as long as we want. Lastly having to watch every single commercial on demand instead of being able to fast forward through them is not an upgrade. We are very unhappy with the new system.

I give this store 5 stars. Excellent service, great team, great manager. The best deal on internet, and phone. No contract. This store has the presence of professionalism, yet is not super busy or disorganized like competitors. The manager is nice and helpful. The employees I felt were really a good pick and found solutions to an end goal. I got a line on my Iphone for only $25 with a year FREE and internet in the home. Never going anywhere else. Great job store!! This is a real time review, and I endorse them fully as a real customer as I have never written a review on any other major provider.

Really slow service. Probably just a little short on staff, but it took a lot of my time for something that took less than five minutes once they called my name. Kind of like being at the DMV.
