OMG! What a find! I’m telling you… I LOVE mom and pop shops. And even BETTER when they actually treat you like family (in a good way)!I kid you not - I was having couch issues since 2020. The places I went to were bigger corporations. If have my way, I’m all about keeping mom and pop businesses in businesses - especially when it comes to shopping local!Thank goodness I came across Sofas Etc. They are local to me and they are some of the most amazing, down-to-earth places that offers QUALITY furniture. I cannot express this enough… these guys will take really goos care of you! When I first stepped into the shop for the first time, Allison was behind the desk and she was super amazing from the time I walked in and stepped out.When I stepped in again a few days later, Jeff and Harriet were there… Same type of quality treatment and absolutely personable. Now this is the type of service that I’m talking about!The following day later, I walked in because I was seriously considering buying a couch from there and Jen was working. I’m telling you - like like the other three who I mentioned before - super kind, personable and down to earth. Words cannot express how much care that each person brought to the table.When I was there this last time, I knew that a couch was calling my name. Jen was incredibly supportive and provided lots of QUALITY information and helped me in such a positive way. She really did such an excellent job. I knew I found my couch.I was told that there would be a separate delivery service that was going to be delivering my new sofa to me. Al (the owner of that service) was on point!My entire experience with Sofas Etc was definitely a keeper! I really hope these guys stay open for a very very long time. Words cannot express the appreciation and gratitude that I have for this amazing store. Jen - thank you again for all of your help. You were amazing! Truly!Jeff & Harriet - thank you again. You were all amazing as well. Jen was really incredible and working with her for the most part - please know that you have a stellar employee who is working for you. I really hope she gets some amazing extra bonuses. She is definitely an asset to your company. And Allison - thanks for your help too! You are awesome! And of course Al - man… stellar job with the delivery!Words cannot express the recommendation I have for this incredible business. I would rate a 5,000,000 out 5!Great selection - affordable prices - truly unique and absolutely stellar experience. Definitely ask for any deals that they have. I’m sure that they can find a way to help you! I was able to save money on my selection and I am VERY satisfied with what I have!Keep up the wonderful work you guys! Truly!

What a pleasurable experience it was purchasing a couch & a recliner chair from Allison. She answered all of our questions and patiently showed us the pieces that would fit in our living room. She was down-to-earth and friendly with zero pressure. Don't hesitate to shop here. Thank you Allison !!!!

Good selection of couches. During checkout we were informed that we’ll be sold the floor model. That was unexpected and disappointing (for the price), but the model was in good shape so we eventually accepted. But oh boy, they’ve GOT to drop that delivery company (Express Delivery Co) - they were trash. Rude, unprofessional, and expensive. Pick it up yourself if you can

Harriet was a helpful salesperson. Helped us find the perfect sectional couch for our place. She even suggested an ottoman for our couch that made it perfect for us. We were able to get our couch in a timely manner; in less than a week. We were able to get good quality furniture. Thank you sofas etc.

Exceptional service and unique pieces of furniture! We won't shop anywhere else when we need to spruce up my living room, and we tell friends about Sofas Etc in person; we have been that pleased. For months now, we've been super happy with the couch, recliner and coffee table we got here. Reasonable prices, we happened to find them during their Labor Day sale so that was a bonus, and to meet their adorable guard dog was a bonus to the bonus. We love this place! Thank you, Jeff, Harriet and Zeus. We'll be back.

After a day of shopping for a loveseat we had given up and decided to look on Amazon to see what they had to offer. We found one last spot on Google and decided to try it out. As soon as we walked in the door we realized we were in the right place with the miles of furniture waiting for us.We narrowed it down to a couple of good suspects and with the honest advice and suggestions of the owners we selected the best one for us.They saved us a delivery fee by showing us how to take the backs off both the new loveseat and the old one so we could load them into the SUV.The prices are better than some of those big chains with used car salesmen waiting to talk you into buying something you can't afford, but the quality is every bit as good or better.Everyone was friendly and helpful, and their honesty is honestly what sold us on buying there. Good people.

Bought a sofa, love seat and two chairs. One chair was broken and it took months to get it replaced. Electronics in replacement stopped working. Was told 2-3 weeks for replacement parts. Months later still waiting with no word from store.....Horrible customer service.

Wow, absolutely horrible service. We walked in, looked around, and walked out without being acknowledged even once. I pride myself on shopping locally and supporting small businesses. Our house is entirely furnished by Wholesale Furniture Design in Ventura. We were looking for some additional accent chairs and tables for our home. I'm sorry, but you cannot say you are short-handed when a lady clearly looked up at us as she was at the desk and then went back to whatever she was doing without even saying "Hello". Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time we've had this kind of service at this location.

This furniture store is amazing with a great selection of sofas and loveseats. A big thank you to Allison for letting us browse at our leisure and for not putting any pressure on us to buy. We did buy a sofa and loveseat off of the floor. Allison was honest and told us there could be up to a 6 month wait for custom piece. A truly pleasurable experience!
