The work was done well. The manager adjusted the price to what he quoted me before on the phone. Customer service skills could be a tad bit better from manager and employee. They weren't rude, but not super-friendly either.

Whole process took only two days. I wanted to install a hitch receiver for my SUV. When I called Bill was friendly and professional and while he didn't have the item in stock, he ordered and it arrived the next day. He called me and we set up an appt for the next day. Took less than 45 minutes to install and it looks great. This is the place to get your trailer parts and supplies. Don't hesitate to call!

Highly recommend. I needed a hitch receiver installed on my SUV. I called on a Tuesday and Bill was friendly and knowledgeable. Part was ordered, arrived the next day, and by noon on Thursday it was installed. Looks great. Don't hesitate to call and ask for what you need. Also have a store onsite with many parts.
