Ladell did an incredible job on my 2019 Ram Limited and my wife’s 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. We bought both used and I guarantee they look better now than they did rolling off the lot 3-4 years ago.He not only does fantastic work, but he’s really pleasant to talk to and clearly has a passion for his work. He has wait lists months out, so that should tell you enough to give his detail work a go!Services: Steam cleaning

Ladell resurrected my truck! I had done a lot of damage to the clear coat from off roading. Brush scratches. He was able to buff them out and apply a Ceramic coat. Beautiful job!. Thank you!

My car had seen better days after two moves and several car trips with car sick kids. My kids were complaining about a smell in the back, and affected them enough to wear masks in the car. I had a miscommunication with another detailing service, and needed a last minute interior detail. I called Showroom and he was able to fit me in last minute, despite how bad it was. I just picked my car back up and it's like an entirely different car. The stains are gone, and more importantly, the smell is gone! Straight up miracle worker and worth every penny. Thank you so much!!!

My car looks absolutely incredible! Ladell killed it and I will definitely come back. My car went through a sand storm and I wasn't sure if it needed to get repainted, but after a day of being detailed it showed that the paint was fine and was able to be restored. It looks better than it did brand new. Ladell has a very positive and kind personality and pays close attention to details. 10/10.

Absolutely the best job anyone can do! I had Ladell detail my 2009 Mini Cooper over a year ago and it looked wonderful. I opted to have him repaint the black plastic wheel covers, and they haven't faded a bit. While it continued looking great after every wash, I decided to treat my baby again, and I swear she looks even better. It's like driving a new car! Impeccable work, well worth the price. He's an artist and a perfectionist. Oh wow that was great touch up paint yellow it said it was exactly what money but if I bought it for Mini it would be $20 more OK I'll put in the house with my speaker thank you great great perfect OK thank you

Thinking about selling my 14 year old Toyota van but after Ladell detailed it, there is no way I can let it go. It has been made better than NEW. Hard to believe but absolutely true! How can this be? Recently moved to Ventura from Washington State. Unfortunately our cat accidentally missed the litter box in our car on the move down. This was not a nice smell, especially on a hot day, despite soaking the area with Nature's Miracle the same day as the accident. After searching Yelp for custom detail shop, found Showroom Detail close by our new apartment. After taking it over to Ladell for an estimate, I was immediately put at ease with his confidence in his ability to solve the cat urine problem. It was a two day process involving shampooing the interior, treating with additional enzyme cleaner, and using a strong deodorant. I am happy to report a complete removal of the smell. We also decided to have the car detailed on the exterior while he had it with great results. Ladell put a clay bar cleaning and wax job on the paint. Car finish was better than new. Ladell was obviously very experienced and had a great personality. He was very funny and very professional in using his appointment system and making phone calls. Will definitely return for future appointments!
