Everyone here is super friendly these young kids have a lot of potential. Energy was through the roof. Not only were they selling they were having fun selling! That’s what makes a retail business great. The music made me want to bust a move lol!

So about 2-3 pm today 7/8/2024 I went in to get shoes and two friendly people a man and a woman made me feel welcome and happy don’t know they’re names but they are so positive and smiling all the time love that makes the place better and I told the man what shoe looks better the red Jordan’s or blue Jordan’s and both the employees got me into the right shoes thank you ? so much whoever you two are hopefully your manager reads this and gives you two a raise and people come down to this store definitely has some good selections and clothing will be back soon.

Just bought a pair of sambas! I called in advanced to see if they had the shoe I was looking for and the guy on the phone was really nice and respectful. When I walked in store I was greeted right away and the lady who helped get my shoe size was amazingly nice and helpful. I had a great experience here!

The service walking in was horrible, no one greeting me. I had to go up to one of the workers to get some help and it was two females. The one I went up to did not smile not once, she didn't seem like she wanted to help me, I only bought the shoes there because footlocker didn't have them or I would've went back to footlocker.

Shoe was used but oh well .. I even asked the counter person to Specifically switch the shoe and was never switched I got home and was the same used one/.<

I'm only giving 5 stars to the employee who was very helpful today 2/23, he had curly hair and I'm assuming he was a new hire since he didn't have a shoe palace shirt on. I over heard him say he was from the Camarillo shoe palace location. But this employee was very motivated to work unlike the other employees working that day. They only had bigger sizes in the shoe I wanted but he recommended a crease preventer just to fill up the empty space in the shoe and it worked out perfectly. This employee is definitely going to be a big impact in that business!!

-10 I went in today to exchange a gift from the Xmas I did t have a receipt shoes were not worn at all. I get to the store all three girls working just at the register talking no hello welcome no how can I help you. Was looking at the shoes for awhile no one came to assist until I had to yell and say excuse me & when you ask for help they seem annoyed at the fact they have to work. Got the shoes went to the register to do the exchange they didn't want to help me bc I dint have the receipt bc it was a gift the original price of the shoes were $85 and online they are $85 but in store the are $58. And the shoes I wanted were $90 I ended paying the rest no problem but the fact they didn't bother to help with a solution or offer me any help & their lack of customer service bothered me so much I returned and ask for the manager # & the girl who attended me was the assistant manager........... corporate needs to come in and retrain!

I went into this spot the other day the 2 people working didn’t acknowledge me once. They kept talking to each other only. I was inside for maybe 10 minutes. Walked around entire store, so never got greeted, or asked if I needed help or anything at all. A third worker walked out from back and didn’t address me either. They don’t have a good inventory here. The women’s section is also ridiculously small and basic. The one star is for cleanliness and organization of the store itself. Other then that please do better, maybe evaluate the employees here. The store is definitely a reflection of the mall it’s in.

Store has a variety of good shoes to choose from but when the customer service sucks you walk out empty handed. Walked in today 6/1 and the young girl working did not say hi and whispered something to her coworker and then they both looked at me with a smirk...I asked for an item and she rudely said NO. Ok bye, took my business elsewhere!
