I normally go to Lowe's. After being really indecisive over an interior color for my business, a friend recommended I visit Sherwin Williams. Holy Toledo! Why did I try this place sooner?? I went in first to look and grab some samples. The young gentleman who helped me was so nice and eager to help. I left with four samples and was super impressed when I painted the swatches on my wall. Just that alone showed me the quality vs Lowe's samples and quality. I chose a color and went back a week later to purchase three gallons. A new (still young) gentleman helped me and completely WOWED me when he asked if my painter had an acct there. I wasn't sure. So he asked me for my painters number and lo and behold my painter had an acct. I asked what that meant. The young man said the painter gets a discount. I asked if that meant I got a discount and he said YES! Oh my gosh, how cool is that! What an unexpected surprise! Needless to say, I had to leave a review. The service was above par at both visits and I NEVER would have thought to ask if my painter gets a special rate?!!!! So for the man to mention it and proactively try to help me get the best deal, was just incredible. Great job Sherwin Williams. I will use them again for sure!

Rushed pickup at 15 minutes before closing. Juan set me up with the 3 cans of paint I needed to match a previous contractor's work gone bad. The new contractor needed the same paint and finish to redo the walls in our hall bathroom. Juan set me up with an account so I will know what color specifics and finish for future work. When I gave him my business card for the contact details, Juan noticed that I'm a realtor and asked if I buy paint often. I explained that I buy paint for my sellers who need to freshen things up before marketing their homes. Juan suggested a professional discount that I can register for and save myself and my clients money. Juan was very professional and gave me the same customer focused service that he'd give to all his customers during the business day. Highly recommend the quality of Sherwin Williams paints - I use the Super Paint and Juan for his exceptional service.

I entered the store, but unfortunately, I ended up with the wrong paint color since I didn't check it beforehand. Considering I had a headache that day, I decided to speak with the manager, Henry, about the issue. Thankfully, he was kind enough to exchange the paint for me. The customer service I received was truly exceptional. Henry understood my situation and was very understanding throughout the process. Overall, my experience at the store was fantastic.

I like this SW. I live 10 miles away but I prefer to driver there since the folks are nice and give you a heads up on their sales. I highly recommend.

I stopped in here on a weekend to get a gallon of matched-paint. The young man behind the counter was polite and professional and was able to match our paint piece perfectly. Only thing that could have been better was I wasn't aware of their hours and when he said the paint would be ready in ~30 min I thought about taking my car to a car wash while I waited. Fortunately I checked their hours online and saw they were closing in ~40 min. Since it was kind of close to closing, it would have been good if the employee had let me know the closing time so I could make sure I didn't wander too far away or get distracted shopping in another store while I waited. Overall pleased with this store and service though. It was my first time visiting. Oh, I also like that they saved my color in their computer so I can ask for it again without bringing in a sample!

I chose a color that was too dark and childish for our walls. I called and spoke to Santana and he had some ideas to help. When I got to the store he was UNbelievably helpful and patient in helping me get just the right color. Seriously, like nothing I ever expected. When you go, ask for Santana. The man has a kind heart, knowledge about colors, and a warm attitude. I am overwhelmed and grateful.
