Today I was mistreated, and over charged by Randy and Jose. I tried to talked to them about why they over charged me $75, when I only asked to pump $25 in gas. I was treated like trash by Andy and he kicked he threw me out of the store when I told him about the over charge on my credit card. I will not ever return to this gas station. Randy was completely disrespectful. This was the by Kimball and Tephone Road #7841 . I

My gas tank had a quarter tank. My tank is 16 gallons. But I just filled up my tank with 16.715 gallons?????? Should have only taken 12 gallons. NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED HERE. ROBBERY!!!

Not the best gas station around. I only come here on occasion out of convenience. The pumps are outdated and often seem to give you issues when trying to use them from the outside. The shop itself it tiny can hardly move even inside if more then one person is in there. They do have a propane full station and exchange place. That can be very difficult to get a worker to help you with that service, often they say they can’t do it. One exchange I had there I got a super shot out propane tank for my very nice clean tank which was unfortunate. The gas is usually sold pretty high above most spots here. I’d definitely go elsewhere if you got time and enough gas to drive across town.

For a quick in and out this is the station for it. I don't have to talk yo anybody. The pump takes care of me. GREAT gas station, Cheapest in town.

This is the 2nd time my credit card has been skimmed here. In less then 12 hours excessive charges (that were declined by my CC company) were made online! Watch your credit cards here!!!

Multiple incidents of credit card skimmers in this location. Makes me wonder whether it’s more than carelessness of the owner/workers at this station.

Hi Ariana, I believe you to be the owner of the Shell gas station on Kimball. My name is Bhuvanshu. Wanted to inform you that I have been a regular and daily customer of your store for the last 2 months. Today at 5:00 pm I tried to enter your parking lot and a car was blocking the way parked in a non parking spot. I told her to move the car which was in the way. In California we distinguish parking lots by white and blue lines. There were no lines where the customer was parking and then your employee who was a girl came to the customers rescue saying that she parks car there daily. I tried to explain her that it's not a legal parking spot and because she was friends which the other customer she repeatedly took the other girls side besides being very rude and saying " THAT IS A PARKING SPOT AND MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS". She even blamed the other guy who was getting gas that it's his fault because he is parked crooked. This is not the way how a customer is treated. I am compelled to make a formal complaint of this to the city and a corporate complaint to shell about the improper use of parking spot as stated by your Shell employee. Well you have also lost a customer. Do not shop here
