We always use to fill gas and propane for my motorhome at this gas station but it's been two times that I fill propane and they charge me badly. I only used one gallon of propane and they charge me 3. I told them why they charged me so high and the employee told me that's how it is. They charged because the owner wanted it that way, I told them it was a robbery, that if I fell to them, Ivan wouldn't be able to finish it. The old man told me that's how the owner wanted it and he didn't tell me anything else. I hope the owner reads it so that it improves. At first glance you are stealing I will not return again

Subpar service, overpriced gas, overpriced goods. Says they don’t accept cigarette coupons when American spirit website says they do. Avoid at all costs, go to the chevron just up the road instead.

Wonderful place. I prefer Shell gas, so I come to this one in Ventura because it’s most convenient. I can use my Ralph’s points more than once, too, or so I’ve just realized. However, the owner is the reason for this review. I’ve been meaning to wash my car after a cross-country drive and many, many miles for work since I got here. I haven’t decided to stop and take the time until just now, but the car wash wasn’t working. Tired and frustrated, I went in to seek help, and I very quickly changed my tune after realizing how sweet and helpful the owner of this establishment is. I will be certain to use ONLY this Shell station unless I absolutely need to use another one. I appreciate the kindness and patience after my own rough week, and it’s a reminder to myself that there are good, understanding people in the world who are willing to help.

Won't go to this spot for gas or anything at all. I've gone here multiple times to grab gas and a beer after getting off work. The employee with the pug face literally will insult you when talking to him as a person to person conversation. Overheard him saying obscene things with a "regular" homeless person about women. Will never be back to this location if a pig like this I'd working there

One of the employees is friendly and polite. One is fake as possibly could be. Total J*** when he feels like being him self. Car wash really disappointing several times. Sometimes food out of date.

I like the workers here, an the services they offer. What I don't like, is the guy who sits in the store who drives American handyman truck, with eagle print on it. Everyday for the past 3 months he's there between 6-7am. My question is why is he loitering...very unprofessional.

Car wash banner says "try our new car wash" I did and it is not new and the highest price did not spay wax and the rinse was not spot free. Doesn't wash back of car or even back of roof.

I was running low on gas so we decided to stop here and fill the truck up and use the restroom. You had to get the key from the cashier. The restroom was clean but there was no soap to clean up. What a bummer especially during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Carwash scratched up my paint, left hard water spots on vehicle, Tim the attendant refused a refund and just told me the carwash was working fine. Extremely rude service and damaging operation of carwash.
