I had a confirmed hair appointment with Sergio. Ten minutes before my appointment while driving, I received a phone call from his receptionist that he needed to cancel! No explanation, no alternative appointment was offered. I was just left high and dry and would never go back even if he was the last stylist on earth. ?

My wife has been a devoted customer of Sergio for almost 20 years, and today we trusted him with our 20 year old daughter for the first time. He did as phenomenal a job with our daughter as he has done with my wife! Our daughter had some trepidation about trying a new look, and Sergio - in his consummate professional and supportive way - hit a home run.

Sergio literally saved my hair, bringing back its shine and perfect color. He uses high quality products and will not rest until he ensures that you are 110% satisfied with his work. He is extremely kind, paying much attention to detail. The quality of his work speaks for itself. I just moved out of Ventura and will be willing to travel to get my hair done (yes that is how good he is!) He always made time for me (despite having so much work on his plate). He truly cares for his customers and I promise you will be more than satisfied with his amazing job! Thank you Sergio for being just amazing!

There is no one better than Sergio!! I am always hesitant to make big changes with my hair, but I trusted Sergio to do my first color and can't imagine seeing anyone else. He will sit and talk with you about your haircare routine, styling preferences, and maintenance which is so important to me. I don't want a cut I won't be able to style myself or a color I'd have to touch up every few weeks. He takes all your preferences into account, plus makes amazing recommendation and explains them!! He just puts so much care into his work and that's why he never disappoints. If you want color that lasts, and cuts that'll turn heads, then Sergio is your guy!

I have been going to Sergio since I was in high school. I love how he cuts my hair and gives me advice on which hair styles best suit me. I constantly get compliments on my hair cuts and am always referring people to him. Great Service!!!!!

I've been coming to Sergio's salon for about 7 years. I always leave his salon more than satisfied. Sergio is a great hair stylist. He always gives me advice on what styles suit me best. The rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this salon!

I went here on Friday for a manicure and pedicure with Shellie Griffith. What a wonderful expierence. Shellie has a private, comfortable room in the lovely salon. Very relaxing and calming. My manicure and pedicure is about the best I have ever gotten. Shellie is not only skillful, but so friendly and king. I can't recommend her enough!!!!

I've been going to Rachael for 3 years now and she is great. I'm always happy with my hair and she is always prompt and professional. I love this salon because it is a very relaxed environment and I can relax while getting my hair done.

I saw a thing on Groupon for 3 spray tans with Rachael for only $55 - what a steal! Although I'd never been there before, nor have I ever heard of it, I decided to try it. Today I went there for my first spray tan, and I am so pleased. Rachael was very nice, quick, and professional. I can't believe there is only one Yelp review. I am definitely going to be going there more often. Great find!

Rachael rocks. She cut my hair for about 6 years, and in that time she picked up most of my friends as clients because she's just that great. She seems to understand everyone's hair so cuts always seem to "work" with the people. She's sweet to talk to. I've left Ventura and will be going to my 3rd stylist in my new town tomorrow, because nobody can compare to Rachael! I can't find anyone who can do a good job with my short hair like her. She won't disappoint.
