Super good sephora location! The employees were super kind! My friend and I were looking for something specific and I couldn’t find it and one of the employees helped me look for it! She was super kind, and I wish I could remember her name so I could mention her kindness to me and my friend.

I was waiting in line to pay and the girl at the counter was helping another customer who was asking a lot of questions and they kept leaving the counter. I understand that she was helping a customer but she should’ve acknowledged the customer that is waiting in line to pay by saying “I’ll be right with you” or “let me get someone to check you out”. Instead she completely ignores me. I ended up walking out and not buying anything. Terrible customer service!!!

RACIAL PROFILING- I walked in with hopes of purchasing lots of products. OVER $400 for my birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was not nice. I asked if I could get a makeover and that I was willing to pay for the sample because I’m not good at makeup and I wanted to the buy all the products they recommended. However, this white lady gave the worst treatment. Curly short hair - Looking at me up and down.. then expecting me to apply products with unsanitary hands. She proceeded to show me liquid foundations then she walks away to help a white customer. I was willing to buy. Racist place with lots of preference. The gentleman with lots of gold on him at the door was not of any help either.

This location is ALWAYS very low on stock, it's been far too long to be using COVID as an excuse, just order more product. Also, the return/exchange policy is horrible. By the time you get around to using a new product, the exchange policy has expired and then you are STUCK with a product/color you don't want. It's awful!! Will no longer be buying my products from Sephora.

Girl wth. It's giving me war flashbacks to Desert Storm the way they got the perfume in there choking you like a chemical weapon. It's very jarring.

Excellent place, 100% recommended. It should be noted that I am not a person who knows about makeup since I don't do much makeup, I arrived and asked for assistance from a makeup artist, they attended to me very quickly even though everyone was very busy, they were super respectful and they clarified all my doubts, Alex, who assisted me, was super attentive and I was truly very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely return to this store without thinking twice.

I love all Sephora's, but the staff here are great. They are very accommodating. I came in right before closing, looking to get my color IQ done because I'm sick of buying foundation that doesn't match. And even though it takes a couple of minutes, the girl was so friendly and not rushed and was very pleasant. I can't say I would have been that pleasant with someone coming in right before closing! But she was great. She did the color IQ and then uploaded the result to my Sephora account profile and now when I go to the website, it tells me my match in whatever foundation I'm looking at. Such a great service!!
