Hi there,I went to this Sephora with my sister to get some makeup stuff and had a strange experience. My sister and I both split up and were on either side of the Sephora area inside Kohl’s and one employee seemed to appear at the end of every aisle that I was browsing through looking for lip oils. I felt like I needed to rush and that I was stealing or was intending to steal. I wanted to take my time and be confident about my purchases. My sister and I together both spent $200 here and the funniest thing is that my sister mentioned that she also felt judged and as though she was going to steal as well. We both experienced the same thing independently. No hate here at all but this is racial profiling as far as I know. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m stealing and can employees be a bit more suble and look out for potential shoplifting in other ways? I shouldn’t have to feel this for being brown skinned.- shakti

I spent over 200 for makeup on me and my sister it was meant to be a bonding experience but the employees at this store made us both feel like we were shop lifting when in reality we are trying to buy make up we like and take our time to look. Very saddened to feel so small and judged by Sephora employees. Won’t be returning here. Horrible service :( should’ve gone to ulta

I am at total loss when it comes to make up. Thankfully the Sephora at Kohl's has some amazing people ready to help. Showed up on a Sunday and as expected it was busy but the girls at Sephora were so helpful to all the customers. I was greeted by Natalie and told me she'd be ready to help after she was done ringing one person. She patiently helped me get a few basic stuff and gave me tips on how to use them. All the while with such a patient demeanor and willingness to help. Made my experience not intimidating at all. She even helped me sign up for the rewards program and I was able to redeem my birthday gift. Also, since it's inside Kohl's I was able to use my Kohl's card and earn points towards that. Double win. Thank you, Natalie.

I'm always doing Amazon returns at this Kohls so it's super convenient. Even though its not a full sized Sephora, they have a HUGE selection. Be warned you cannot return online orders here. Save yourself a trip if that's what you're trying to do.

I always have a good experience at this Kohl's/Sephora. But today I was helped by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions and was really knowledgeable on color matching and all of the products. What a gem!

The lovely ladies and so helpful and nice that I refuse to go to the Sephora at the mall. I drive across town to come to this location. I just wish they had a bigger selection

Driving by this location and stopped in to ask Jessica regarding a travel size perfume, she provided outstanding customer service, felt as if she owned the Sephora, very knowledgeable and pleasant experience, shows she really enjoys what she does!
