DO NOT WALKIN....be catious of the one one with 41 years of experience.
she just cut off all my hair without asking how short I wanted it.
She was cutting my hair and asked me how long my sides should be. She then went to the top and started trimming my hair which was over 4 inches long in some areas.
I closed my eyes after I saw she was trimming the tips on the top and when I reopened my eyes while she was styling my hair with gel and I noticed inches of my hair gone.
On her own free will, she decided what length my hair should be, instead of asking me how long the length should be. Nor did she give me the courtesy to ask how I style my hair regularly.
She brought my hair from 4 inches to less than an inch scissor-cu across the top.
I asked people with no filters what they thought of my hair.
Brothers reaction: its not bad, it's like dad's. Our dad is bald with the colosack haircut .
Barista initial reaction: "Omg no......." then she asked me 3 times what the name of the place is so she never goes there. Her eyes and face were in shock when saw my hair.
Super cuts reaction: I had to go to super cuts to get the sides fixed because the barber there noticed another spot where she nicked the back of my head and long patches sticking from my sideburns. His response to the cut " You didn't pay for this did you"
Dad's reaction: " it's short and puffy"
I'm a guy with thinning hair and she devasted my hair line so much that if I didn't know that a good barber can do. I would contemplate biccing my head.
Girls be cautious who you work with and how comfortable you get while your there because you might lose more than you can bargain for and you might be waiting longer than the 3 months to have it grow back. Ask for recent pictures of their clients work. Do not take a random person.
She literally gave me a 1 inch scissor cut all along the top. She decimated my bangs so bad that it's impossible to style because the bangs are so short. *CAUTION. PICTURES BELOW*
Seriously the worst haircut of my life. It's sad that her response was that it's a short cut and she can't put the hair back. Followed by how her son looks sexy in short hair. Never once did she admit to what happened and how she never asked me how short she was going to cut the top of my head.
Be very cautious, seriously just had all my hair cut off without my consent. The sad part is I showed a picture of me 2 months prior and she never asked to see the picture again after an initial 2sec glance....her response to me after reshowing the picture was, "how long ago was that picture?" and " your hair is browner" She messed my hair up so bad that she thinks the picture I showed her wasn't 2 months old.
Worst service experience when it comes to hair styling.

I would love to give Erin some credit for doing an AMAZING job on my half purple half black hair! For graduation it looked incredible and I got a lot of compliments from my teachers and family ?? I was actually trying to get her to do my hair recently but she wasn't able to on the day. I actually have a minor complaint about Laura, she was super rude and followed with a "girlfriend" at the end of comments like it would make the situation less awkward. I honestly didn't think she was being rude til I saw the look of the other customer's face as she was talking to me. I ended up going to another stylist who actually offered a deep conditioning for my hair instead of completely denying me of any service. I still recommend Erin and the others! ☺️

I would love to thank Erin for my gorgeous half purple half black look! It looked great for my graduation back in 2022. It looked amazing in general, she was also very nice and very cool to talk to about ideas. Erin is definitely someone I recommend if you love someone with a nice vibe and welcoming energy On the other hand, I do have a complaint as to why I only gave 4 stars. I recently tried to get my hair done by a woman named Laura, she looked at my hair for one second and was being extremely rude about it. I am aware that stylist can refuse service but I feel she was being unreasonable (maybe cuz it was a day before a holiday?). She would give me ideas about my hair then immediately take it all back, then she had to end each insult with "girlfriend" and I personally didn't feel comfortable with that. Then I had to hear how long she's been in the business for 45+ years (her experience must be outdated), I don't care, I know people in the business and usually when a customer has damaged hair they usually build the person up with a "lets get your hair healthy with a deep conditioning or treatment and then we can think of lightening it up!" not a rude series of "Im not doing it!". She even had another client sitting by me and I noticed their reaction and yeah Laura wasn't being nice. I also didn't like how my friend was treated, Erin didn't kick my friend out the last time I went but Laura was basically like "ok get out!" Little did she know my friend was paying so we walked out with the money, her loss not any of ours. She's terrible at customer service, she needs to be prompted cuz now I personally don't feel comfortable being around someone that negative and that's my favorite salon Anyway, I actually went to another salon who got my hair feeling healthy instead of wasting my time and making me feel bad about it. I recommend Erin for sure!! She did the purple and black perfectly!

Debbie did my hair and it looks amazing! My hair looked brassy and now it looks wonderful! She gave me great advice too! The products she used are really high end. I highly recommend her.

Kristen has made me look professional for several years now. Highly recommend if you need a fair price and a good conversation. This family run business is the best for flexible timing, detailed and efficient men's cuts, and a low key local vibe.

Erin is amazing! She gave my hair just what it needed; a really good trim & layers. My only regret is not going to her sooner. My sister has been a client of hers for years and now I know why. Erin is going to be my go to hair stylist from now on. I loved the warm cozy ambiance in the salon, the way she listened, suggestions she made & the way my hair looked not only when I left with it styled professionally but even after washing & styling it myself.

I love this place so much! Everyone that works here is so sweet & funny! Erin is my girl and she always goes above & beyond to make sure I love my hair. She's very thorough & makes sure I know what to expect for my hair. I'm always left feeling beautiful. I love the energy in the salon, and the energy of everyone working! This place feels like my second home & im always counting down the days till I'm back!
