“I bought our son here during COVID-19. Let me just say, he and I loved it. He was in the part time program from 8-12 and then he told me he wanted to attend all day. To me as a parent, that says something. He enjoyed it SOOO much! Thank you to the staff who helped my child thrive. We ended up moving so we had to disenroll. But If it was up to me I'd 100% put him and my daughter back in LSM. All the activities they would do and daily pictures helped me during the height of the pandemic. I really appreciate them. I would recommend taking your children here. Plus, it was competitive when it came to the value and pricing!”

“The most wonderful, loving, caring, educational preschool there could be. Everything about this place is amazing; the teachers, the office staff, the playgrounds, the learning activities, the parental engagement... everything!”

“To parents considering this school or curious readers:Adding to the outnumbering, positive, solid reviews - I have an incredible amount of confidence in this school based on this critical evidence: My son is genuinely and incredibly happy at Little Tree and learning important new things every day. This has been consistent for 2-1/2 years now and not just because of his personality - this was cultivated from the compassion, education, and discipline he receives from Lydia and her carefully selected staff. Many days he runs to his teachers and jumps into their arms for a hug. I see a lot of love and dedication in this group. Being regularly wowed by the things he tells me he's learned, I know we're at the right place. In situations where we were alerted to a discipline issue, I was always informed of the actions taken and not only has it has been consistent with my child's version of the story, but the open discussion with teachers on how to streamline efforts to work on behavior has been invaluable and effective. I've experienced this school to deliver on their promise and commitment to kids and families - from safety to helping cultivate good human beings.Without having to lower our expectations of the standards of care set forth by local and state guidelines - I think we owe it to our children's educators in this unprecedented world-wide epidemic that has drastically changed the daily living/working experience of all - to recognize the incredible challenges that schools have on top of an already demanding profession and responsibility. Let's support the people who chose their career to take care of our children.I'll continue to give this school's educators the benefit of the doubt and the flexibility to do the best they can when a perfect solution is simply unattainable. There no "perfect" anything - people, jobs, establishments, etc. But with communication and a mutual desire to work out any difference that may arise - I believe that Little Tree is an excellent choice.”

“My son has been attending for a little over a month. His teachers in both the infants and toddler room are amazing. He had quite a bit of separation anxiety in the beginning, but they were all so patient and loving, making drop off for him a little easier every day. They go above and beyond to help him feel welcomed and safe, and provide me with so many positive updates on how he's doing throughout the day. All of the other teachers are amazing as well. My son isn't in their classrooms yet, but they all greet him by name in the mornings and seem to know how his day has been going throughout the day. Lots of great communication and partnership with the staff throughout the center!!”

“Putting our daughter in Sonshine preschool is probably one of THE BEST decisions we have ever made. From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew Sonshine was special. The director, Annette, and staff go truly go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment that fosters not only learning but also emotional and social development. The teachers are not just educators; they are compassionate mentors who understand the unique needs of each child. One aspect that truly sets Sonshine apart is their innovative curriculum. It's not just about academics; it's about providing a well-rounded experience for the children. The blend of structured learning activities, creative play, and outdoor exploration ensures that each day is filled with excitement and new discoveries. I appreciate how the curriculum is designed to cater to different learning styles, allowing every child to thrive at their own pace.Communication with the staff has been exceptional. Regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and open lines of communication make me feel involved in my child's learning journey. The transparency and willingness to address any concerns create a strong sense of partnership between parents and the school. The facilities at Sonshine are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children. The well-equipped classrooms, age-appropriate play areas, and attention to cleanliness all contribute to a positive and enriching experience.Sonshine places a significant emphasis on instilling values such as kindness, respect, and teamwork. The thoughtful approach aligns with our family values, and we can see the positive impact it has on our child's behavior and interactions with peers. My daughter attended a different preschool last year and her experience was nothing close in comparison. At her old preschool, she dreaded attended and would pretend to be sick (not even kidding, and she was only 2!). Now at Sonshine, she's attending 5 days/week and has been asking me to sign her up for extended care. She tells me she "feels so loved" when she is at school and is absolutely THRIVING.Overall, I am incredibly grateful for Sonshine and the experience we have had while attending there. I wholeheartedly recommend Sonshine to any parent seeking a nurturing environment for their little ones. We couldn't ask for anything more!”

“My daughter is in the TWI Program and is flourishing. Countries that out-perform the US all learn more than one language. The research also shows that students who learn a second language at at early age use more parts of their brain and score higher on assessments compared to their monolingual peers. The school is also part of at grant that focused on integration of the arts. My daughter is flourishing in language and creativity and her teachers are outstanding.”

“This is the best place to take your infant and child to for childcare. I highly recommend this amazing and caring place. The Director Rosa and all of the staff from Nikki, Estella, Gabby, Flo, and Miss Rosy are the most caring people. They are very professional, trustworthy, caring, and take your child's best interest to heart. My child was here since 10 months old and up to 5 years old. Rosa is very attentive to what the parents and children's needs are. Very safe, clean, open, friendly place. They treat and love your child as if their own. Thank you for everything and the many years my child has been there. She had great learning experiences and enjoyed all the new friends she made. We are forever grateful for your kindness. They are like a second family if you bring your child(ren) here. Love,Leanne R / family”
