Adolfo knows how to paint but the rest of his crew don't know how to prep a car or how to detail it after the paint job. Took my 65 Impala to him and he painted the car without sanding the sealant primer they sprayed , the paint started to peel like it had a vinyl wrap put on it bad call on Adolfo to paint it without sanding it. He had the nerve to say it had rust underneath the primer. When the the primer was not lifting but the paint job was. And to top it off the detailer buffed the car and put swirls all over the car. Everyone I asked about the swirls said he burned it with the buffer. And to throw it more over the edge they promised to get it done right away, they didn't and don't guarantee their work. I would never take anything to them or recommend them!!!!!

Could not be more pleased! Just picked up my sports car from Saticoy Auto Body and it looks wonderful. I am rather picky about the appearance of our cars and keep them clean and tidy. Turns out Saticoy Auto Body is also rather picky about doing great work. I had heard great things about them from friends who show their antique cars, so I wondered whether they would even consider working on a humble Mazda. I looked around the shop and it was full of classic collectibles. When I came to pick up the car (on the date promised), I found it sitting out in the bright sunlight, looking shiny and beautiful. Perfect, in fact. I figured that it would be perfect, since they had it sitting out in bright sunlight that would reveal any possible blemish. And it stood the test well. This family business rates top in my book!

2 months to get my car back. Seems as if they like to take their sweet time. They get annoyed when you call them to check up and ask about the progress. My car isn't even fully done either, I still have to take it somewhere else. So overall a waste of time. Maybe the shop only rushes to help locals that come in regularly since the auto body shop is in the hood. Take your car to a place that will respect you and your time.

My car went in to Saticoy auto body for a full restore. I finally got it out of there years later and $20,000 less with just the body and paint done and minus all of the trim, wheel wells, upholstery materials and all of the trim clips. I have been in the auto industry my whole life and I have never met someone (Adolfo, the owner) more dishonest and corrupt. After talking to many people and the BAR, it seems as though this kind of treatment is very common practice at Saticoy Auto Body. Adolfo would take no responsibility for all of parts he or his employees stole. My car is rare and I have still not been able to locate the trim so I can finish my car.

And he sells cars without windshield wipers lies and says he's going to honor the warranties for a whole year. It took him a mirror 45 days to forget who I was then he has the f****** guts to have his daughter-in-law say she's gonna call the police on me. I wish they would call the police on me because that company would be shut down.

My wife and I extremely impressed with the quality work and service that Saticoy Auto Body Shop delivered!! We were speechless when we saw our old beat up 1998 Toyota Tacoma truck coming out looking better than any other truck with this year, make, and model hitting the streets. Thank you for all your hard work that your team provides and the loyalty to your customers. Now I need to find a window sticker that says "Not for Sale!"Services: Painting

My husband purchased a truck with cash down and was told that the truck was going to run excellent as wexcellent as we paid everything in full not even a week later we have issues now we take it in because he said we had a year warranty and he refuses to fix our car now we're stuck with the piece of junk we're out half a 100,000 and no help you guys wanna do business good luck is all I'm saying God be with you!

Adolfo and the guys did a Great job. Came out as expected and was detailed the day before pick up. Definitely recommended. Only extra time I waited was becuase of covid the doors I needed for my car were a few days back ordered. Other then that great job fixing it painting it and matching the paint. They were communicating me along the way , Definitely top tier. ?Services: Painting
